This course is on a real comeback getting better every time I play it 🏌️‍♀️💥💥💥💥💥

This course keeps getting better and better every time I play it, tee boxes and fairways are beautiful for just being overseeded and greens are now very receptive and are nice and smooth but slow. I am sure everything will keep getting better, becoming a premium course very rapidly!

They just reseeded two weeks before I played. The course was in good condition. Hilly but playable course with some interesting holes, forcing you you to make some choices on where you want hit off the tee. Overall a fun course, will be better once you can take carts off the path again. Some of the sand traps needed some work. And, they didn’t have any ball washers. I’ll definitely be back to play the course again. One other note, their restaurant had some good food.

Course has just been open a week and is in better shape than last years opening. Greens are slow as expected. Cart path only until Nov 4 then 90 degrees. Most expensive course in casa Grande but by far the best to play.

First check in was "unpleasant "! Common sense with senior husband/wife players should not have been a issue over "who is driving the cart"! Second, we were 40 minutes early and no other golfers in sight. Never told " we coul start when ready" just go to #1 at our tee time. The practice putting green was in bad shape. Dry, hard, brown with bare spots. Unfortunately most of the 18 greens were in similar condition. Also bare and brown areas in the fairways. Some of the tee boxes were so hard we had to try different spots! We have played MR several times this year and not experienced these course conditions.

Staff and pace were great, course its self not so much. Still needs a lot of work but at least this time I paid a reasonable price. Probably won't go back for another year or 2 in hopes the conditions improve.

I have played Mission Royale since it first opened! Over the years I watch it steadily decline to the point of being almost unplayable! Now under new management and with home owners involvement it has improved significantly! Realizing it is the summertime in Arizona, we found the course in good shape and player friendly! The tee boxes, greens and collars surrounding the greens are in good shape! The fairways were hard and fast with some areas where the grass was not green! Bunker are not well maintained and hard! I understand the bunkers will be redone next year! Staff is super friendly and helpful! The starter/Marshall provided cold towels to us on the golf course. Nice touch and help with the heat!

I know they are still recovering from the old owners but it’s been long enough for them to have gotten their greens in order. For the last 7 years I’ve been going there not once has the greens been playable. They had deep lines in them making it almost impossible for the ball to roll straight.

The Tee boxes on the back nine were air rated and they just left the plugs on the them so we couldn’t even tee off with out clearing off a spot to stand.

Bunkers were full of water and the ones that weren’t were hard as a rock.

The only yardage markers are the 200&150 plaques in the middle of the fairway. (No middle black and white stakes or any indicators on the sides)

Fairways were decent and that’s about the only thing positive I can say.

The staff that were very nice.
