Has a ways to go but it’s obvious the ownership group is positively making progress.

Easy to find, easy check in, carts with sand and ice chest with no ice, not suppose to take carts to car, water bucket for towels, water bottle for us at start, water on course as well, tees kind of long grass today but ok, fairways good, roughs dry and thin, some of desert areas are pretty rugged, bunkers not too much sand and could use some work, greens look sort of ugly but I still think putt the fastest of anywhere this season and seem to rolll pretty well also, fringes were a little long today so chipping problematic at times, played in slightly over 3 hrs, brought us cool wet towels for back nine, and prices way down

Overall, the course was in pretty good condition. The sands traps are still terrible. Very hard with grainy sand. Fairways and greens are improving with the exception of a couple of greens.

Greens boxes fairways and rough perfect. Greens were great early in year but have gotten worse…kinda shaggy and lots of spots, fix this and it’s perfect

The course was quiet. The greens were dry.

For a course that plays easy the greens play hard.

Played In April 2022.

Needs work and give it about two years. Was actually better than I expected given recent closure and financial issues. Greens are in bad shape. I wish them well in the future and applaud recent efforts.
