The staff was very accommodating and the pace of play was great, but the course condition was not good! We booked on line, so, for the discounted fee it was ok, but we would never pay the rack rate, for this course.

Conditions
The conditions of this course is really bad. Greens are spotty, bumpy. With all the rain this year, thought the course would be in good shape. Not.

Quiet Sunday in Casa Grande
Played here many times in the past, a bit disappointed with the upkeep on the course. Tee boxes and fairways needed to be cut and rough was too high to find a ball on some holes . Course was a bit empty , most likely from snow-birds leaving early, and pace of play was very fast. Staff was very friendly.

Disappointed
Got a GN hotdeal in the morning and I believe we were the first group off We played each nine in about an hour and 45 min Staff inside and out were friendly and helpful. Pro shop was clean and items are reasonably priced.
First play this year at M R but have played several times in the past. The disappointment comes from tees and greens. The tee boxes were overgrown, appearing to be unmowed in quite awhile. My tee barely cleared the grass ! The greens were the worst I have seen at any course in this area this year. I don’t know if it is weeds, different variety of grass, disease, or what the problem is. You could watch your ball bounce and dribble around as though it were on pea gravel. I will not play there again soon, perhaps next season

The golfnow hot deal was good but still more than the course is worth. It would be a good deal at $25 for the rough shape it is in.

Worst I have played on in years. Strap for clups was wore so bad my clups fell of twice.

Greens need work
Have been going to Mission Royale for 6 year and improvements have been made. Staff are friendly and very accommodating. However, They do need to work on the greens. Rolling greens and establishing a better grass would greatly improve the course. It’s a fun course to golf.

The course was in overall good to great shape, the only criticism was the greens were not exactly true, a bit bumpy, the staff was great, I lost a. Club and the ranger went back and found the club two holes back great job

The fairways were nice but the first 9 greens were bumpy and hairy but the greens in the back nine were better.

Mission Royale
Pace of play was very good, early tee off helps. The greens were very bumpy and hard to read. Fairways were okay. The washrooms are in poor shape. Used the ladies restroom off the 4th hole and the toilet paper holder fell off the wall and landed on me. They definitely need some maintenance and TLC.

mission royale
Course was in reasonable shape. Greens were very bumpy and fluctuated between fast and slow. Difficult to get a good read on the greens. Wife found the sand traps hard and difficult to play. No cart girl
I enjoy the course and would play it again. Course should get a beekeeper to assist with bee problem on the two holes with the issues.
