Unplayable
No information on Golfnow when making a tee time about course conditions which is disappointing I will no longer be using Golfnow because I couldn’t get a return on my fees after I decided not to play this horribly managed course. Walked in the clubhouse and the young lady behind the counter told me she was only going to charge me half price because the course was in rough condition. This was alarming so I took a cart to look at the course and the course was unplayable. The cart barn attendant let me know the owners refuse to even buy batteries for the mowers and the course hadn’t been mowed in over a week. Staff was excellent but ownership needs to pony up or shut down. This course isn’t worth paying for.

Cow pasture without cows.
If cows were on the course they might have kept the weeds down. I am 65 and I my life do not remember a course in such poor condition.
Very little grass on fairways just weeds. Grass on greens was pretty good but 1.5-2” long. We couldn’t hit the ball hard enough to get it to the hole. I absolutely would “NOT” recommend this course to anyone. Signs were posted as having new ownership. My guess is that they have never owned and operated a golf course before. I am going to call golf now and check about a refund. That’s how bad this course is and it needs to be removed from golf now offerings.
Save your money and frustrations. Don’t play here!!!!!

The course was horrible!! I lost my ballot in the middle of the fairway just left. The green were like putting on shag carpet. Nothing else to say but I wasted my money last weekend.

Worst course ever
Worst course, dead grass every where , weeds, dead birds all over . Beer cans on course, filthy golf cart, No one keeps this place up! Putting greens are bumpy. It’s was without question the worst course I’ve ever seen!

Terrible conditions
Even at 30 dollars this course is a waste of time and money. The course is in very bad shape and looks like they don't even try to maintain it. Don't waste your money!

Course needs a lot of work.
They should change the name to goat head ranch. Fairways were dry and yellow and greens were shaggy and slow. My home course and it's a shame.

Fun Golf Course - Terrible Condition
First off, I don't normally rate any of the 40 plus courses I play in a year. This course should shut down for the summer and do some serious repairs to tee boxes, fairways and greens. Tee boxes needed reseeding, mowing and deweeding. Fairways had virtually no grass. The greens were not cut so they were slow and bumpy and almost impossible to putt on. I have played this course a few times a year over the past 10 years and always looked forward to the trip from Tucson. It will be a long time before I come back, which is sad because I like the layout.

Great staff.
Excellent staff experience, very friendly and helpful. Good course layout, however, the course is in terrible condition. Played the gold tees. Almost all of the tee boxes were weeds with very little grass and it appeared they had not been mowed in a few days. Some of the fairways are grass and some are weeds. The greens were slow and bumpy. This course is in poor condition even considering the time of year. Evidence of several significant irrigation problems (standing water and areas of mud). This could be a very good golf course but it needs a lot of work.

Course Quality
This course is not very well taken care of, greens were terrible and fairways were just awful. Tee boxes had very high grass.

Fun but frustrating
Was good/fun except for being rushed by the rude people behind us and we didnt like being partnered with an impatient stranger that didnt like me and my friend being beginner golfers but next time hopefully it will just be me and my friend rolling as a duo.

Cart pathways
Lover the course and staff. But you like if cast pathways could be fixed of cracks in pavement for safety. Examples of dangers would be Hole's 2,7, and 10.
