About
Mansfield National Golf Club's tees range from 5,263 to 6,850 yards and the course plays to a par 72. The large, undulating greens make for inviting targets. The fairways are lined by every type of tree imaginable, with bunkers looming to suck in tee shots. Scores can add up on holes 11 and 16, with the lake coming into play, but water comes into play on only four holes total. The best hole is no. 5, considered one of the toughest par 3s in north Texas. It plays a very 3-wood-like 233 yards into a tough green that's hard to hold with the wind at your back. Located just south of Arlington Mansfield National also offers FootGolf, a combination of soccer and golf.

Has yet to disappoint
Fair price, fun layout and it’s always in good shape.
Time to Invest in this Course
The course overall was in poor shape. Tee boxes were ok to fair (some really crappy grass), and tee markers missing on several holes. Greens were very shaggy on the front and quick on the back - painted green and blue. Fairways were were poor to average (could blame some of it on the rain). Just not in good shape.
There was absolutely no control over tee times, even at 8:00. No starter. Singles were not paired up, fivesomes were allowed. it was chaos. I asked about my tee time and was told that the group that I was playing with had already teed off time minutes before 7:45 , but my tee time was not until 8:06. Go figure.
Not sure how they make any money here, with so many singles going out.
Great golf course
Nice simple layout….. interesting and not just real hard but challenging enough to be fun…. Tee to green the grounds were very well kept and that is hard to do in a drought ….. kudos to the staff for making a great golf experience
2 people were missing
The cart girl and the person who services the bunkers were MIA.
Greens were nice but just a little slow.
Fairways in good shape and especially considering no recent rain.
A couple of cart paths need repair.
Really disappointing not to see a cart girl all day especially when it’s 101 degrees out.
This could be a great course if they did something with bunkers and cart paths.
