About
Mansfield National Golf Club's tees range from 5,263 to 6,850 yards and the course plays to a par 72. The large, undulating greens make for inviting targets. The fairways are lined by every type of tree imaginable, with bunkers looming to suck in tee shots. Scores can add up on holes 11 and 16, with the lake coming into play, but water comes into play on only four holes total. The best hole is no. 5, considered one of the toughest par 3s in north Texas. It plays a very 3-wood-like 233 yards into a tough green that's hard to hold with the wind at your back. Located just south of Arlington Mansfield National also offers FootGolf, a combination of soccer and golf.

Good Just Wet
Cart Only: Good course and I want to go play in better conditions. Not too many traps or too much water. A lot of trees. Fun track with long par 5’s.

Easter round
After playing local competing golf course Tangle Ridge on Friday, this was a pleasant surprise. Mansfield National is in great shape, even with the more than 2" of rain they received over the weekend. The greens are full and soft, easily holding approach shots from around 200 yards. Wedges spun back and puts were true. Nothing to complain about.
Little pricey but not bad
Little too much money to justify the course, but it is well taken care of. So if you don’t care how much it costs, it’s worth playing.

Where are the marshals?
The marshals need to be more present on the weekends to control the pace of play. The group ahead of us were almost 2 holes behind and still took multiple mulligans off the box and in the fairway. Just a little nudge is all it would take. We saw the starter and the marshal 1 time on 10. Otherwise, very nice conditions for winter golf.

props to them for letting us hit off grass on the range! $90 is a little steep for course conditions but overall loved the course, can’t wait to come back in the spring and summer!

Great greens condition
Middle of winter in Dallas after snow and heavy rains and the course was in great condition despite this. Greens were very great and rolled great. Well done

Nice Course Conditions for winter golf
Course was in pretty good condition considering the winter weather lately. The greens in particular were very good, as were the bunkers.
Pace of play was a little slow, but it was a Friday. We had to wait on most holes for the groups ahead. Most frustrating was the group behind who kept hitting into us even though we could not hit as people on the green ahead !!

Too Expensive Now
Way too expensive to play here. Used to have decent pricing. $80 to play an OK course like this is crazy. Pace of play is also terrible the last few times i’ve played.

Cold and windy day with the slowest people in the world in front of us, but overall, a good round
It was in the low 50s to start our round and dropped into the 40s with the wind chill due to high winds. My wife and son tapped out after 4 holes and went home. I stuck it out and played all 18 and had a decent round, but it would have been better if the pace of play was better. The group in front of us was playing so slow my playing partner and I could have played 3 individual balls per hole and still been waiting on them.
The course was in better shape than the last time I played it in early November, and a lot of work has clearly been done to remove dead trees and some of the heavy brush that looks bad and makes some of the holes feel unmanageably long for some people. While I can hit the green from the tips with an iron on #5, the previous setup would have meant my playing partner (a single who got paired with us) would have needed to play from the front tees instead of his normal silver / white tees because of the brush and trees preventing him from having any angle at the fairway. Even though it's technically a par 3, for shorter hitters, it's really a par 4 in difficulty when it's overgrown, and as it's set up now, he at least had a put for 3.
