Mansfield National Golf Club
About
Mansfield National Golf Club's tees range from 5,263 to 6,850 yards and the course plays to a par 72. The large, undulating greens make for inviting targets. The fairways are lined by every type of tree imaginable, with bunkers looming to suck in tee shots. Scores can add up on holes 11 and 16, with the lake coming into play, but water comes into play on only four holes total. The best hole is no. 5, considered one of the toughest par 3s in north Texas. It plays a very 3-wood-like 233 yards into a tough green that's hard to hold with the wind at your back. Located just south of Arlington Mansfield National also offers FootGolf, a combination of soccer and golf.

Beach Greens
I’m a little upset, I wasn’t informed the greens had lots of sand on them.
Sand traps are unplayable
The tees, fairways, and green were o.k., very dry greens and won't hold a ball,. Sand traps sucked. Hard with no sand inside.
Good conditions, 2nd cut needs work
Staff and cart girl were very friendly and pace of play was great on a Thursday. Fairways are very good, greens are for the most part pretty good. The 2nd cut just off the fairways and around the greens is ridiculously thick and hairy. Half the time you can barely find your ball being one yard off the fairway. This is not the US Open guys, cut the grass and let us amateurs have a fun round.
Greens are terrible
The fairways were nice but the Greens where in terrible shape. Slow and lumpy....
Great course.
Course was great. Fabulous condition, great layout. Player friendly with wide fairways.
Mansfield National
Entertaining golf course, not overly difficult, but requires course management to score well.
Good time on a great course
Hadn't played in a while and booked the night before. Was extremely pleased with the whole experience. The course was in excellent condition and the pace of play made for a very enjoyable round.
Excellent Greens
The entire course was in great shape. The greens were excellent, not a bad spot on them.
The only thing I did not like was the load music on the driving range. It was hard to concentrate on shot making with such loud music.
Nice Course.
Excellent course and it is in great condition. The pace of play was a little slow due to they put a twosome in between 2 foursomes.
Great Experience!
I love this course! I had never played it before but I fell in love as soon as I got there. The only negative is that there are no coolers on the cart. If you want ice, they give you a bag of ice. That needs to be fixed. The course was in great shape! Greens were perfect! The layout was challenging but fun. Good luck on #5. The carts have a gps system so that's a plus as well. I will definitely return soon!
Over booked and SLOW
8:37 tee time, teed off at 9, waited 10-15 minutes at every hole.
Saw fivesomes and 6somes throughout the round.
Definitely not worth what I paid, Won't recommend, won't play again.
Slow slow slow
Decent course, but we waited 10 minutes on EVERY hole. They were severely overbooked and there was no one trying to manage the pace of play, I'm not going back any time soon unless I am in the mood for a 5.5 hour round of golf!
Great course
This course is amazing for the price. It has some short par 5s that are great for scoring for your everyday amateurs. I would recommend this course to anyone who wants a fun round with great scoring opportunities.
Golf lessons with 7 children should be banned
We play weekly at this course. Always great. Yesterday 3 groups (3 carts with adults and 4 to 7 children at a time) were running, yelling and cutting through the course. Never waved us through; we had to wait. Finally got disgusted and went around only to have the group cut through to a par 3 and have 1 adult and 7 kids on the green. No courtesy for players ws shown.
There should be special times and all golfers should be notified prior to playing.
Great time
We had not played here in a couple of years and the course was beautiful. Greens were sanded to our surprise but rolled real smooth. Fairways were manicured and bunkers were well maintained. We will be back soon
