Course is always in great condition. Staff is super friendly and helpful. There is usually a live band playing in the afternoon on the weekends. Great food and bar . The course is always busy but somehow the pace of play is nice. Rarely need to wait to tee off and never feel “ pushed” from behind. I always feel comfortable bringing friends new to golf for this reason. Very chill vibe. Challenging but not defeating layout. Can’t say more how much I love playing here!

Fun course with GREAT views!

This is a fun course in a great location within San Diego. There are a few longer holes that get to around 200 yards but mostly short holes.

Lots of fun and a great place to bring new golfers or if you are a new golfer yourself.

You also get great views of downtown/coronado and the Presidio in the other direction.

Great location, Great course. Played 9 with my son. Took about 1.5 hours. They are doing some aeration and replanting the boxes, but still workable. No issues. Love having a beer and taking our dog. Keep it up Loma Club!

Interesting course

So…tucked into a commercial area and over 100 years old was interesting. Parking is tough. No driving/short game area. Warmed up at Mission Bay GC up the road. Played with my wife and daughter (7) and was a lot of fun. Finished quick. It seems like the management doesn’t really know what they want to do with the course and almost seem like they want it to fail so the land can be redeveloped. These courses are what make golf fun, and give our game charm. Hopefully it sticks around for a long time.
