Turtle Bay Resort - Arnold Palmer Course

I booked my tee time thru GolfNow. I was supposed to pay $358 at the course for my twosome. I was charged $374.86. This is unacceptable.

The course is very good, good ocean view, good maintenance. Very windy.

Our tee time is 1:00 pm . With twilight rate $139. Per person . We arrived early and got moved to 12:00 tee time. But the staff did not tell us the price is different and got charged $437.7.(for two players) We did not aware until got home couple days later. Called the golf course and they said they can not do anything. It is too too bad ruined my good impression about this golf course. Hawaii vacation with golf is my dream. Turtle bay golf is out of my list from now on.

The staff outside and inside were awesome! The experience on the course was fantastic. Great layout, but the greens were kind of spotty but rolled well with good speed. If you are in Hawaii, you need to play this course.

Loved this course and loved the staff.

We happened to be playing during tree trimming service on a few holes (very distracting and loud…. On a Sunday). The greens were very very splotchy and bouncy which, according to those who have played there before, should not be the case.

Otherwise, we had a great time

I would have given a perfect rating as the course was in great shape, the pace of play was 4:05, and the staff was awesome. Our only gripe playing in 80° humid weather, was we didn’t see the beverage cart until 14th hole. We had to call the pro shop and all they said she was out there. When we finally saw her she was just parked there in the shade on 14 kicking back. Otherwise it was great almost having the course to ourselves as it was a slow day.

We were wait every hole every shot because 5 sum was in front of us .They were beginner. They didn’t care we were waiting every shot . We called pro shop to compline this problem. One employee from golf course came but couldn’t solve the problem.On the contrary one of the player from front sum came to us and threaten us.that was it . We couldn’t play any more . We stoped to play at 7th hole and came home . It was a terrible experience.

They should let you know that only 2 holes with ocean views. Was expecting more but we had a great time

Currently there is a lot of work going on at the clubhouse and around the course. The condition of the course was only average. It was much better when I played two years ago.

We have been visiting Oahu for 11 years and try to get to Turtle Bay each trip. It's not the quality of our original visit, and disappointing that The Fazio Course is closed since early Covid, but always love to make the trek to the North Shore, visit and play. It's a great layout and challenge, although the greens could use some TLC. The protected Albatros habitat on 15/16 was a pleasant surprise. We were able to see 2 without getting too close.

This course was so amazing! We had the opportunity to play it twice while visiting Oahu, and it was so much fun both times! The course is kept in near immaculate condition, and the banyan trees are amazing!

I did anticipate more ocean views than just the one you get on 17…..but that has nothing to do with the condition of the course.

There is sooo much water, and sand on this course which makes it a huge challenge, but so much fun!

The only thing I was disappointed in, and surprised at, was that each time we played it we only saw the beverage cart one time per round. I would have expected a little better ‘service’ to the players while out on the course.
