About
The Highlands Course is probably the more stimulating of the two tracks at Wildcat GC, offering better views of the city, natural wetlands and grasses, and some intriguing flat sand bunkers. Case must have an affinity for the No. 7, because like the Lakes track, the 421-yard, par 4 hole 7 is the most difficult rated hole. Watch out for the par 5s on this one, three of which play at or above 570 yards from the tips.
Getting there : From downtown take Hwy. 288 south for 5 miles to Loop 610. Head west and find the Fannin exit, where you'll U-turn under 610 and drive east on the access road to Almeda Rd. Turn right on Almeda and the course is 3 miles further.

Excellent course
I’ve played here multiple times and have had an incredible experience every time. Course conditions are always good pace of play never seems to be an issue
Fun layout
The coarse is in great shape … my friends wanted to play it the next day …again … that’s how much they love it….Cudos to the greens keepers….
Zero customer service
I love this course and spend thousands a year with Golf Now with clients. My clients son has covid and can’t make it and I can’t get a cancellation or reply or any chance of response since 3pm the day prior. At minimum I need a response of some sort. I would pay a minimum on cancellation fee but zero response is hard to swallow.

I went around this course after a long time, but the distance was short and it was easy to round.
One of the best
We play Wildcat Highlands and Lakes quite often. Always enjoyable and challenging. Course was in great shape even with the minimal rain.
Great course
This is a great course. Very tough first time playing as you have some blind shots. Would love to go back now that I know the course a bit better. Layout was great. One of the tougher courses I’ve played.
Been a while since playing here. But I know I can count on it being in great shape. Really nice to hit off full fairways instead of tight lies. Nice to see the oil pump on 15 repaired an running too. Lol. Hope to be back soon.
