Arrowood Golf Course

I’ve played here for nine years and it never disappoints. Maybe not the greatest course around but very solid

We had played this peaceful and beautiful course few times and introduced to our many other friends, every one loves it.

The course itself was nice, it was fun, and challenging. However, the pace of play was HORRIBLE. Talking to other golfers who play there often, that is normal for this course. Apparently they stack golfers/tee times and it comes to a stand still. This round took over 5 hours on a Wednesday. I would like to go back here again, but will not anytime soon due to the SLOOOOOOW pace of play.

It was an easy course, but fairway conditions were bad overall, some greens were very bad. Waited on almost every tea box for 10 minutes, which is not the way to play play golf.

Had to cancel my trip to San Diego and just remembered tee time was set up when I received the automatic notification message. Tried to cancel online and could not. Called golf now and they tried to assist me, golfnow employee very helpful. He called course and spoke to Nickki who told him we love to take peoples money and not provide any service to them. I cancelled two other tee times with no issues for the weekend. I understand if you are completely booked and you lose opportunity to get a slot filled but the had open times at my tee time so this is merely something for nothing play for this course. Called and spoke to Nikki and she tried to blame golfnow.

Drove 50 mins to get here and it's totally worth it. GREAT practice area complete with driving range (including Top Tracer Range in 3 bays), chipping and putting area. The course layout is fun and challenging. Great Tee boxes, fairways, greens and carts. I love that each cart had a built in ball washer. We will be back very soon!

The layout is very nice, it was my first time playing this course and I will play it again. Next time I will play the short par 4s from the tips! Overall a good day on the course.

A very good layout coupled with excellent conditions makes this my new favorite course whenever I’m in the Oceanside area. The greens had just been aerated but still rolled well. Challenging enough with just the right amount of forgiveness for weekend hackers and more advanced players to equally appreciate it. And on top of all that, very beautiful scenery.

Teed off at 2:33. Sent out as a single. Got to the 2nd hole was allowed to play through. Got to 3, again was allowed to play through. On the 4th hole teed off and waited for a group of 4 ladies to putt out. On 5, watched the ladies tee off and look back at me but was not allowed to play through. Ok fine let’s see what happens on the short Par 4 6th. Watched the first 2 hit really bad shots and then one of the gals pound a white claw and then give her friend swing tips. Proceeded to hit one like 25 yards lol. Needless to say a very long front 9, roughly 2 and a half hours. Noticed the ladies continued on-went to pro shop asked to play the front again, and finished in about an hour. Oh well, I love Arrowood and will play again, just will hope for a quicker pace!

Payed for 18 holes. Couldn't even get a cart and it's a tough course to walk a lot of hills. Played 9 in 2 hours. Came in to see if there any carts available no carts. Greens were very bumpy!! Whatever payed 45 for 9 holes.

Putting is a bit rough still but other than that the corse Is in great shape

Nice course in great shape. Place of play was fine. Can't really complain about anything. Great day of golf.

I go online and see that they have a good amount of times available at normal price. So I walk into the pro shop and talk to the front desk and they set me up for a tee time and send me off. I get to the first green and guess what, all the greens have just been punched the day before. No one told me in the shop. No mention on the website. And no discount for punched greens. Really uncharacteristic of this course. Was one of my favorites for a long time...
