The course has a great layout and in its day. It was wonderful. Apparently it has been up for sale so it will be closing in a couple weeks for a complete redo which I’m sure we’ll make it wonderful again.

We showed up for our appointment, the pro shop was boarded up and the course was closed. Some of my friends drove an hour to the course!

Please refund my money . . .

Tee boxes are a problem. Theres grass in the fairways just gotta cut it now. Greens are respectable bunkers unkept. Friendly staff. Great pace. Good day overall 👍🏽

If you want to be left alone and enjoy a great course layout for a cheap price this is your place. Zero amenities except bottled water and soda. Bunkers are not tended too but easy to get out of. The grass makes it hard to spot shots especially if it’s a bad shot. However I 100% recommend going before they close down for renovations. The price is right!!!

I played this course about a year ago and it was by far the worst course ever. Yesterday the course was much better. The fairways actually had green grass on them. Except for a couple of holes, the greens were playable. I hope that they continue to bring course back to the old days. A one-time it was a premiere course. Has a long ways to go but getting there

Overall ok course for wanting a day of walking and not paying much to play. Also for the pace of play. But course condition was very low. Geens ok, most fairways, dirt.

As we arrived at the course, there were multiple groups coming off the course early in the morning and telling us not to play the course. They both said there was no grass, gopher holes everywhere and the greens were mushy. It was unplayable. I tried to get my money back, but I could not because I booked through GolfNow.

Course was completely unkempt. Some kind of animal has riddled the course with holes all over. Fairways are non existent. Many holes you are hitting blind over a massive wall of overgrowth and hoping there is a green somewhere on the other side... no snack bar or any amenities! Proshop worker didnt speak English. Hands down the worst golf course I have ever experienced! Not even worth 10 bucks to play here.

Went expecting grass on the fairways, but only grass on the green and around it, but no grass on the fairways. Would of been nice to have a warning on the bad conditions. Would not play again. Although wondering if conditions are better during the season.

Worst money spent. This is not what it seems at all. All of the fairway is dead weeds. Don’t go.

There is no reason to play this course. Shouldn’t be listed by Golf Now. The greens were green, but nothing else is. The tee boxes are hard to find and the Fairways are brown, with gopher holes and balls get lost in the middle. It is like playing in field.

This golf course has been totally neglected. It is surprising that it is still open. I use Golf Now because I mistakenly believed that it wouldn’t lead me astray to such a bad course.

This course appears to have been partially abandoned and uncared for, for a long time. The pro shop area is boarded up with plywood The stacks of firewood add character but does not compliment what could be a nice course. Is this course for sale ?

This is a course left behind by Father Time. Due to neglect or budget (or both), there's not a spec of green or flat ground to be found anywhere on the fairways, That said, the greens were pretty well kept (though slow and soft).

If you play here, be prepared for a very bumpy ride in the cart, and lots of holes in one on the fairway (apologies to the gophers and ground squirrels). This place was so classically bad, I may use it as a prank gift for my golfer friends.

The description says 5 stars, PGA approved ? Yeah right. Tour players wouldn’t see this as a golf course as it is brown, unkept, basically dying off and has been for yearsssss. I would not recommend playing this course. At least go to Boulder oaks a few mins away where green grass actually is present. Beings grass is a very important part of the game of golf. Shame too because the layout is interesting. I think I’d deny a free round because it isn’t even golf at the condition they have achieved, and have preserved. PGA tour players would keel over at the sight of this place, let alone the thought of having to play a tournament on it. Go elsewhere. Let this place go bankrupt because it is an absolute abomination
