Great afternoon out with my son and thoroughly enjoyed this course.

Heard good reviews about this course for a while, so took advantage of a round for £30,which I feel is excellent value for money, invited my son along and with the sun out & 20 degrees, great memorable day.

But what a quality course with lots of character & challenges, lots of good holes but the Doo cot 16th is a challenging near vertical green at 80yds, greens on every hole were like velvet 👌

We will be back to improve on our score 😁

Nice course with the greens in good condition. Like a lot of courses in the area it's brown with the summer we have had.

Enjoyed my hit around, with a mixture of tricky and easier holes.

Enjoyable day out here. A few long straight, not very exciting, holes mixed up with a few great fun quirky holes. Memorable quirky hole is the elevated Doocot. There are plenty bunkers around, so the sand wedge is sure to get some use!

The course itself, and the conditions of the course were top class. The fairways and greens were amazing. I’m not sure if it was a particularly busy day, or if it’s like this every weekend, but the pace of play was incredibly slow. We were waiting on every hole to tee off. Took 5 hours to finish the round.

Would recommend but maybe to go during the week :)

As a fairly new golfer, I really enjoyed playing at Banchory Golf Club alongside my husband. The course is absolutely beautiful with stunning views, and it offers a good challenge without being overwhelming. There’s a particularly memorable short hole that’s almost vertical – definitely kept things interesting! The greens were in great condition too. A lovely course overall, and we’d happily return.

Great course in good condition. Restaurant friendly and good. Pro shop friendly and well stocked.

Played here a few times, excellent greens and interesting layout,

Some wide fairways and not much heavy rough, and trees not cut too low, so errant shots can at least be found - plenty of out of bounds areas though so be careful.

Two very interesting par 3s up and down the hill at the start and end of the course, and Banchory's version of amen corner is very challenging, especially for a shorter hitter - 190 yards over water to a small green the highlight,

Small pro shop at start, nice bar and facilities in the club house.

Still very much winter conditions, i will play again during summer

What a stunning course the conditions were typical 4 seasons in one day and course was immaculate.

My lads were also very impressed and said it’s one of the best they have played.
