Lake Forest Golf & Practice Center

This course has always been slow. One would expect for such a short course with poor conditions it would be breeze to squeeze in 9 holes. Our 9 holes took over two hours to play, waiting on every tee box. As if this course wasnt bad enough, now they are allowing soccer practice on the course as well. Followed a group of 9 guys in tank tops playing "soccer golf". I dont think I'll be returning, even for $8 rounds.

The only think I really dislike is they added a new way to play, its called Foot Golf. I know they need to make money, but they had 15 young kid kicking off on number 1

The staff of this course was great! Everyone was super friendly. The course itself was ok condition, considering I paid $14 is wasn't too bad. However, the speed of play was horrible. There was three groups backed up on each hole. This course took two hours and 38 min to finish. Every time I play there is it always backed up and over booked. There is no respect to tee times, when you check in they send you out to tee off no matter what time it is. This course is a 9 hold course par 29, this course shouldn't take more than 80 min to finish. As I said every time I play it's always backed up, odds are I will not be returning to this course again.

This is a great course if you want to practice your short game. The fairways were not in good shape, but the greens were good.

It is more for kids, all you need is a pitching wedge and a putter. Small course but good for beginners.

Good opportunity to get some chipping and putting practice. Just got new clubs, good chance to g get a feel for them while practicing fundamental skills.

I got just what I needed out of this course - 9 holes on Mother's Day with the family. It was fun in the sun. It's the "Sandlot" of an executive 9 hole course. This small course allowed my husband and I to practice our short game and my 5 year old landed on the green off the tee at two holes!!! I love that this course forces me to focus on my short game.

We will return for our short game practice.

Course was in nice shape. Plays a little slow due to the short distances and number of par three holes. It's a fun course to play. Fun seeing all the wildlife on the course.

Go here to work your short game. Course plays perfect to work on your 100-60 yd shots. Finished 9 playing by myself In 1:15 play 2 balls a hole (sometimes 3). Greens are in pretty good shape for a par 3 course as well.

Expect 2 1/2 hours for 9 short holes. A lot of people, kids, balls flying every which way. But if you have the time it's worth the money. It's too bad the rif-raf don't repair their ball marks and can't yell four when they shank. We play here for the good short game practice. Just be patient.

Fun little course with a lot of 100 yd. holes. enjoyed the day with my family and it was perfect. Got around in about 1.5hrs on a sat with a few groups letting us play through. Highly recommend if you want to go out and get some quick golf in....

Like the course. Great practice. Booking online for tee time was confusing and frustrating.

This is a course to play if you just need to work on your short game. Several of the 9 holes were 100 yds or less with the longest under 300. 9th hole is interesting with green just over a creek.

Headed over to Lake Forest after work with some coworkers. Straight forward executive course. You don't really need a driver on this course. It's a pitch and putt. Conditions are prett nice. Greens are well kept as well. Try to get there before 5 to beat the rush during the week.

Played at lunch time during the weekday, got back to work in 2 hrs! Awesome!

I,m a 12 handycap I play here with my wife because its eazy for her this place is great for your short game . The only problem is alot of people don"t know the rules or they don"t care like fixing ball marks on the greens is a problem. I know you can"t police every hole so we will keep playing .
