Pelham Bay at Pelham/Split Rock Golf Course

I didn’t play because the app must have had a bug as it scheduled me for Thursday instead of Saturday. At the time I booked I confirmed date and time and the confirmation email was incorrect.

The course is well maintained. The conditions and layout make a course that both beginners and intermediate players can enjoy.

Course is in great shape after a rough week of rain. Pace of play on the front is always a bit slower. Picked up at the turn. Overall, a very good day.

Course is in great shape. Second week playing 9 holes on early Sunday tee times. Pace of play was incredible. Once again finished around 2 hours with 4 golfers.

This is an undervalued golf course, the investment by NYC makes this an attractive course to play. Most holes are lined with sand traps, well sculptured and filled with soft sand. Most of the greens were in good early season condition. Carts ran well.

My only recommendation is to add fairway traps along left side of 17th and 18th holes to narrow fairways somewhat.

Early time was great. Played Pelham back nine. No wait and we were done in under 2 hours. Course in good shape. Greens were quick.

I played the Pelham course often when it was priced appropriately. Now I'd rather drive 20 min further and play much better courses in Westchester for less.

There's no way this course is worth 80 on weekdays and over 90 on weekends. The carts are old and outdated, the cart paths on many holes are just nothing but potholes. One would think for the consistent price increases each year the course conditions would have improved. This course is good at a $50 price point with cart included. No reason to be priced any higher than other courses in the city.

Course conditions were not up to par for the money spent and no other amenities available.

The course is in decent shape besides the goose poop everywhere. Definitely not worth $90. You’re better off spending $10-20 more and playing somewhere really nice. They didn’t have tee markers so we had to make up our own tee boxes but it’s March so I guess that’s normal?

winter golf, i get it, but the staff at Pelham does absolutely ZERO to fix easy things like not having frozen cups on the greens and flag sticks that will stand... if ur gonna collect our money please do the minimum guys...
