Nice course

Great place to do 9 holes the greens are well maintained friendly staff parking is good

Pace of play is fine a bit slow but you can take another shot or 2 good for working on your irons 🏌️‍♂️

The course itself was pretty decent for the price. However was not impressed with the amenities such as club house or rental clubs. Overall 5/10, would go back because of cheap tee time however only if you have your clubs which i did not.

Solid Day at Mosholu G.C.w/ Dad

This past Sunday, August 17, 2025, I enjoyed a solid round of golf at Mosholu Golf Course in the Bronx with my dad. I have played Mosholu several times over the past 15 years, going back to when I was Fordham University student and later after moving to Manhattan. As a New York City public muni, it gets the job done—we teed off at 7:10 AM and finished 9 holes by 8:15 AM. While it's not hosting any US Open tournaments anytime soon, Mosholu has undergone significant improvements with a complete reconstruction of its 9-hole layout into a fun, friendly, and well-conditioned course. The rolling fairways and contoured greens offer a great experience for golfers of all skill levels, and upcoming additions like a new driving range and expanded practice facilities promise to make it an even better place to play.
