Needs improvement
Greens in poor condition, insecticide smell, one tee box a mess - second hole

My weekly (mildly frustrating) walk.
This is a great course for me because I love to get in my 10,000 steps and possibly hit a birdie or two.

Just a beautiful day of Golf
Golf Course was emptied this morning. Pace of Play was fantastic. Just need to purchase a Pushcart. Getting too expensive to continuously pay $8 for a cart.

Excellent condition
For a city course the grass was in great shape.I can walk the 9 holes in under 2 hours on a weekday.The thick forest that appears on most perimeters force a straight shot which is a good thing..

Greens are being aerated and top dressed.
Course as usual was a fun play. The greens will be better when the top dressing and aeration is finished.

Work to be done.
Course in fair shape. Patchy fairways should get better as weather turns. Sand traps need work. Wasn’t advised that greens had been aerated. Made putting experience a nightmare. Understand that it needs to be done but they should advise golfers before they head out. The renderings of the scheduled overall development looks really good and should make playing even more of a cool destination. Also please advise golfers that the range is no longer available. Came prepared to warm up on range and was disappointed to hear that it was not available anymore.
