please play the correct tees for your game. you will enjoy the course more. If you keep your shots fairly straight you will be greatly rewarded here. Greens are rolling nicely. Find out the pin placement number so you can use the chartd on the cart to your full advantage. All flags are yellow so knowing pin placement for the day will save you some strokes. Get and Use the guidebook available at the pro shop.

There were a couple groups in front of us that were pretty slow thus the reason for the middling rating for pace of play. The course is in good shape and the sand replacement in the bunkers makes them much nicer (there’s a few left to do). The greens are running pretty quick and rolling nicely with just a couple greens filling in. The 90 degree rule for carts is keeping the fairways in great shape. The rough is really growing so there’s a premium on accuracy. You can find your ball in the tall stuff if you have a good spot on where it landed but as the summer goes on it won’t be so easy. Enjoyable day with great weather.

Mill Creek is one of my favorites. The staff runs the course in a polished, but relaxed way. Very friendly. The course sits at the highest point in Monroe county so a lot of great views. A real quiet and peaceful setting.

The layout is definitely a tad quirky, but the conditions were awesome.

Guy in the shop explained about their recent fire, and all about the golf course. Greens were very quick, and some tricky hole locations.

Fairways were well maintained, and the rough was definitely punishing.

Bunkers could use some work, but overall this was a great golf course!

The greens were medium fast and cut nicely. The fairways were cut but could have been wider on some holes with already designed built in hazards. Grass way to long everywhere else, like playing water holes for entire 18.

Looked on Golfnow for courses near me and saw this one. Pictures looked really nice and was a decent price so I went for it. Got there and the clubhouse looked really nice from the outside. Not knowing they had a fire there last year so wasn’t able to look inside. They guy who rang me up was friendly and told me about the fire the course and was overall really good. They had a food truck which is good because you couldn’t go inside. So I got a hot dog and a few beers. I teed off solo and ended up catching up to a few guys and they let me join them. They told me 10 years ago the course was on point. Now weeds growing out of fairways and rough being pretty out of control sand traps have seen better days. If they kept up with that stuff it would be a really nice course. For now it’s just ok.

Went on a hot deal price. Was a twosome behind a four some and was never asked to play through. The course is decent but in average condition. Need to mow some areas where they keep it long to make it look like a links course. I say this because it will improve pace a play. They might want to look into getting on cart gps because there are so many blind shots and elevation changes. This would also improve pace of play.

It appears that Mill Creek has fallen on hard times. I play this course a few times a year and unfortunately this will likely be my last for a while. It seems like they have given up on taking care of the course. The fairway on #8 had large patches of un mowed grass. How can you have 5” tall grass in patches on the middle of the fairways? It was not wet at all, and has not rained much lately so that excuse is out. All over the course it just appears they have given up. It was disheartening to see a course that was always fun to play, start to fall apart. Save your money and head elsewhere.

Have played this course before, when the ruff is mowed to a reasonable height. Now it is not mowed at all. Cart path only, and hope your a mountain goat or very low handicapper. Pace was very slow because everyone was trying to find their ball. The greens were in terrible shape. The positive was when the game ended. Friend and I will not return.

The course was cart path only and my husband and I have knee problems.

The grass had not been cut and it was 8” high in a lot of areas, we lost several balls, and was very difficult to walk.

The club house was closed due to a fire.

We were very disappointed and would’ve liked a refund. We left without finishing and will never return.

Course is always challenging as wind seems to impact every hole on this terrific links course. Staff, ( Tim and Mike) are always friendly and helpful!

I’ve played this course so many times over the past few years including this year. Today was easily the worst I have seen the course. Fairways looked like they haven’t been cut yet this year. Greens looked and felt like they haven’t been cut or rolled either. Bunkers are full of footprints and rocks. Tree removal was being done on the left side of 1 and the grounds crew were sawing away during shots while on 1 and 8. Very disappointing when the county courses are in much better shape. Hoping they’ll get this course back into shape because it was not worth the money or time spent to play it.

My wife and I were disappointed to see how many empty bottles and cans were on display near one of the t-boxes. Mill Creek is a nice course and deserves to be treated as such

Disappointing how poorly course is maintained. Booked several rounds over week of nice weather pin placements and tee areas unchanged for month, greens bumpy, carts die on hills several times and most of the rain covers fall down all the time Because the Velcro doesn’t hold and no zippers. All the trash cans were overflowing and no water in ball washers With proper care this would be a very nice course but they don’t have enough staff. Recent fire means no rest rooms or food and beverages available

Got there early but guy in the pro shop let me go out anyway. Pretty leafy out there, but really enjoyed my round. A good test, even from the silver tees.

The person in the pro shop was not friendly at all.

I arrived early and was told no carts were available.

I was told I had to wait till my tee time because they were booked solid all day. Parking lot half full.

4 carts were in front of the pro shop. Guys just sitting on them....

Long story short, I went over to putt and met up with 3 guys who invited me to join them.

4 1/4 hrs for 18 holes not bad at all.
