Played the Dunes and enjoyed it immensely! Frendly staff and the course conditions were nice, fairways were a little soft but overall the pace was good and the layout was very challenging! I thought the overall distance would mean the course would be cake but far from it, fantastic views! Amazing layout and friendly staff made this one of my favorite vacation courses played so far! Even my rental set was top notch! Titleist T300 and wedges and woods and a Scotty Cameron mallet putter! Almost like my set so as the starter said “You’ve got no excuses” 😏 should have played it early in our trip so I could have played it twice! Can’t wait to get back again and play it now I know a few holes you can go for broke and birdie! Cased in on two and missed two! One of my best rounds in a while!

Staff not the friendliest for non locals seemed irritated

I quite enjoyed playing this course. It was well maintained and picturesque and the staff were very friendly. I thought the greens were a bit slower than what I was used to but the course offered challenge to better players while not being too difficult for less experienced ones playing off of the white tees.

Quite an unusual layout but a real fun course to play. Don’t expect to score especially if it is windy but every hole gets your attention and is challenging. Staff were friendly and low key. Definitely give it a try while on Maui.

Slow green. Greens speed and quality are really different from the practice green. Played some sand trap who were impossible to play. Not enough sand in it

Played with another golfer who also had his wife riding along. They had some company and we played golf. 3hour round lots of fun holes and a few 3 putts .

Had a great time with a friend and our ladies came as well, $25 per guest/rider. Rented clubs, they were new Titleist clubs in great condition: $55 for the rentals. Course was in great shape, greens were pristine. No alcohol at the course when we went, the cart girl only had water and snacks, something to do with laws they said. Download a gps app to get distances, no GPS on carts, I used the app 18 birdies. Overall, I would play here again if I come back.

The course is beautiful and challenging however the bunkers are horrible. It should be a free drop since it was like hitting off hard pan desert.

This course is about sand bunkers and they are in miserable shape. They are rock hard with all kinds rocks in them. The fairways are in decent shape.

Course is a great challenge from the back tees with unbelievable views. You never know what expect approaching the next tee as each hole is unique and special. Course had stellar greens that were consistent from hole 1 to 18. Sneaky tough course with lots of wind and undulation. Highly recommend and will definitely play again!

Sand was lacking in the traps. But nose conditioning otherwise

Sand traps were horrible, hard packed . Restaurant not open yet.

Better than I remember course conditions
