Very interesting holes! Great variety of holes .. not many the same

Had a great round. Well maintained track with an interesting layout. Greens were in great condition and rolled really true. Large practice area with a huge putting green. Staff was super helpful and really friendly. Pro shop had a nice selection of logo apparel with reasonable prices. Great alternative to the resort courses at a good price, booked on Golf Now.

This course has beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and nice greens. The fairways had a lot of interesting undulations and slope but was a bit tattered. The biggest disappointment was the lack of amenities. The restaurant was not open, but we were told the cart person was on course offering drinks & sandwiches. As we stood in the middle of the fairway on hole 1 waiting to hit, the cart person completely bypassed us. After that, we never saw her for the rest of the round. We tried to refill our water bottles but the water station was empty. It wasn’t until after the 14th hole that we were able to find a water station. We were both pretty parched by that time.

Pace of play was also an issue. We got stuck behind a foursome so there was a lot of waiting around.

A good challenge with the wind and the elevation changes.

If you like a really hard course this one is for you. It’s narrow, hilly, and a ball three feet off the fairway is lost. Carts were junk but the greens were really good.

First time playing this course and we will be back! Friendly staff, challenging holes, great mountain and territorial views and course in excellent condition! Only negative were the sand traps and no alcohol service but that hardly affects the good qualities!

Great greens but temper your expectations if its your first time here, lots of blind shots and hidden trouble. If you get the chance to play with someone who knows the course it will help, as there are some holes where driver is not the best choice. Avoid the bunkers, I would compare them to compacted brick dust, can we not find sand on this island? All in all I enjoyed it and staff was great with a reasonable price.

A noteworthy collection of elevation changes, both tees and greens. Enjoyed them.

Bay Area golfer who has played some of the best courses in the area and the Dunes at Maui Lani ranks with the best that I have played in my 20+ years. Fairways were nice and firm and the greens were the best that I have seen.

Some tight holes with out of bounds close by so be prepared to lose some balls.

Rental clubs were brand new (Titleist clubs and Scotty Cameron putter) and being a lefty, sometimes is difficult to find a nice set.

Can’t wait to play it again soon!

This course is definitely worth the price. A few blind shots will really test your skill. Greens are fantastic.

Really disappointed that the Cafe O’Le closed there and no snack shop. I guess that’ll change in future. Enjoyable golf with a great setup for women Whose tee ball goes about 150 yds.

Check in staff was very good. Course is in great shape. Pace of play was ok. Had fun. Will be back.
