King's Links Golf Course - 18 Hole Course
About
Taking you back in time to the traditional glory of Scottish golf is King's Links, an 18-hole golf course that's a well-established links course that runs alongside scenic Aberdeen beachfront and is close to other leisure facilities and, for sports fans, close to Pittodrie Stadium - home of Aberdeen Football Club.
Playing to 6,270 yards from the back tees, King's Links is the perfect walking course and a solid test of golfing skill for a wide variety of players. Hard work by greens keepers over the years has paid off, making it a well-manicured municipal run. With daunting par 5s and longish par3s, King's Links will give players a chance to truly understand links golf, and visitors are always welcome - though it's best to call ahead if you're looking to play on the weekend.
Also featuring a 1,273-yard six-hole course for beginners to practice their game or for established players to work out the kinks, Kings Links Golf Course is the perfect stop for those who sport, and are looking to enjoy a scenic golfing experience in Aberdeen.
The course is a good test of golf, especially when the wind blows.

First Time on Kings Links
Starting box gave a good welcome and a bit of history about how old the course was, advice on T locations, could be numbered?
A local was kind enough to invite me along with him, really enjoyed the track and the wind was kind to us(can be a challenge!)
Will be back 👌
Kings Linjs
In town for a week on a golf trip, and ended up playing Kings Links twice. Just loved it. Course is fun to play, it's an easy walk, and has nice views. The staff are super friendly, and the value for the cost of a tee time is off the charts. Can't miss playing here.
Kings Links ++
Had a wonderful day playing Kings Links. Staff was friendly, course was fun, loved our afternoon here. We were pair with a local, so we were guided around the course, and that was a huge help. Only issues we had were a lack of on-course WC (there is one at the check in) and only drinks for sale-no food. Other than that, an absolutely fantastic value for the money, and we would play here again in a heartbeat.
Traditional linkscourse
Interesting course...tough if we cannot play driver straight...
Good links course
Great course In aberdeen some really challenging holes and fairways can be a challenge great value for money
Links for Real
Interesting layout very friendly staff glad I played. Mostly locals playing talked to them on shared fairway holes. Very fun
Fantastic Course
Fantastic links course, which has a challenge to it. Always busy and well priced for offerings on the course. Although dog walkers do go on the course it’s few and far between. Would recommend this course to anyone and it is by far the best council course in Aberdeen
Great Links Course
Many snobs turn their nose up at a municipal council run golf course, they are sadly mistaken this is a great course, some very challenging par 3’s 4’s and 5’s. Green’s and fairways in very good condition. Some great views of the beach, city in the foreground and the home of AFC. Some great golf clubs running alongside the roadside that you can join. I’ve played some other private links courses in the area and I would argue that they are any better.
Great value links golf
Course was much better than we expected.
Fabulous value on a hot deal.

A course worth playing regularly
A course I alway enjoy playing. When your own home course is flooded, frosted, washed away, or you need a change, give this one a try, it’s a joy
Day at the oldest course in Aberdeen City
Great day of golf , friendly staff and golfers
Course in great condition, worth a visit for any golfer
Great links course
We don’t usually enjoy links golf but this course was lovely. Some great views along the coast.
Course condition was good as were the greens. It was a bit difficult to find the starters hut.
