Auchmill Golf Course

This now member owned course is a credit to the owners / players & staff, absolutely superb condition & great value for money.

One huge negative was not being able to contact / talk to anyone, starter box or otherwise, before the round in order to book buggies for the round. Because of that 1 of the 4-ball could not play.

Otherwise a very good golfing experience.

The layout is great with wide variety of holes.

In the past the condition has been variable but this week the greens were the best I have seen there, credit to the greenkeeping staff.

Clubhouse not always open but overall well worth a visit.

A friend and I played this course on1 September 2026 for first time in about 15 years. We were blown away by how well the course has changed and matured. The layout on back 9 has changed and is much improved, The course was very well maintained and designed with some genuinely beautiful holes (such as the 12th). The course has tremendous variety and is challenging and fun. We will definitely return on regular basis and encourage others to do the same. Cheers Cameron.

Very pleased with this golf course. Its in tip top condition providing you stay out of the rough.some holes are very tight course management is key .Overall I love the layout of this golf course, it tests your game.if you're up for a challenge play this course.

Overall Auchmill Golf course was in really great condition compared to last year when I played last .I think the ownership has changed, whatever has happened its a much much better course...apart from the one green .13th ..everything else was perfect .

Just an enjoyable place.Even with all the aviation overhead.

The course condition has improved since I played previously. It was quiet and great for a no pressure round. There was a volunteer tidying up the bunkers and the greens were in food condition.

Overall a great course . could do with signage what hole your playing at and some directions where to go next which is very unclear

Leave clubs bring your dog unless complete beginner and want cheap golf.

Was a nice layout, a few very tricky holes, I did enjoy my round. Would be happy to come back and play again.

Booked a 8.45 tee time. Nobody on the course apart from a few dog walkers. Everybody we met was very friendly and courteous. The course is in great condition despite heavy overnight rain. Probably the best value for money for a round of golf in the Aberdeen area.

First time playing course for 5 years. The course back then was tired and in poor overall condition. What a difference now. There has obviously been an immense amount of work put in to bringing the course back to its best. The greenkeeper and volunteer staff should be congratulated on their efforts. Particular praise for the condition of greens .

Tough little course with some lovely stand out holes
