Golf Club of Houston - Member Course

Was easier then I was expecting. Wide fairways and greens were receptive and not too fast. Staff was welcoming and hospitable. Only problem was that it felt like it was 120 degrees (drank about 2 gallons of water and was barely sweating)

I played this course on Saturday Morning. The course was in great shape, especially with the summer heat. Played the whole round in less than 4 hours. Highly Recommend

Was able to play the course after scoring a deal on golf now for $60. Lovely course that was surprising open and not too challenging . Very enjoyable

Course in good condition greens were good but they had cart path only and fairways were not wet oh well good golf day it didn't rain

Course was not in good shape greens where aerated at Fairways had bare spots not worth the money paid for that price I could have played and it nicer will maintain course however the layout is fun and challenging miss your shot a couple of yards and you will pay a couple of Strokes overall great experience loved it just wish the course was in better shape

Course was in summer transition with greens, fairways and tees all aerated, which I why I probably got such a good rate. The pro shop staff were great as was the starter. Got paired up with another single and had a great time!

Excellent course

They are repairing some areas that were damaged at annual PGA event, which is fine

Greens quick but not lightning, always true. Most fairways real good, a couple bad spots on a few, but not too bad at all.

Very nice folks, and the GolfNow rate was awesome. Just a twosome, we finished in 4 hours teeing off at 3:40.

This is the 2nd time I had the opportunity to play this course (had to pay up a bet). Truly enjoyable and well kept. The pace of play was VERY SLOW (almost 5 hours), but it was a Friday so I’m not going to go overboard. Tons of singles that they should have paired up. Was able to pick up a Hot Deal for $75 each and was more than worth it. Will definitely play the course again!

There is no reason for this course to still be on cart paths. Slows pace of play..

Great course, nice staff and a chance to see how you would stack up on the PGA tour.

Aside from walking into clubhouse to check in and a gentleman fussing at them because they left him out there with a dead golf cart for over an hour then the ironic aspect of our golf cart dying on the 2nd hole, the day was awesome. First time playing GCoH and the fairways here are better than most greens around the Houston area including Blackhorse and Moody Gardens. Awesome layout, awesome staff, awesome amenities, etc. Couldn't ask for anything more.. well a fully charged cart would be nice. :-)
