They really need to spend the money to maintain the course. The staff is very nice

Good Greens. Fairways in very poor condition. Friendly staff. Narrow and challenging fairways.

Overall this course was nice. We played on a Sunday at 8:30 AM for $40, can't beat that. It rained two days prior and made the fairways a little mushy. The greens are in good shape, however they are really small. There is little room for error on the approach shots. Also, I noticed there was no first cut on the greens, it is either green or rough which makes it a little weird. The course is old but it is fun to play.

Fairly tight course with narrow fairways. Greens are
somewhat small but in good condition run a little on slow side as probably not cut recently. Par 3's can be long from blue tees. Plan on losing a few balls unless you play straight and cautious. Overall great value with good pace of play during week..

The course was dry greens were bumby and no roll in front of greens. You had to hit on green. For the price it was okay. We were lucky enough to play with another couple that made the day fun.

This course is definitely older which is mostly noticeable from the clubhouse facilities, bathrooms, etc. Also, only porta-potties on the course which is not a good thing. Has some really nice holes and a good layout, but could use a little manicuring. Price is VERY reasonable and would even suggest raising it a little if it meant some course/facility improvement. Worst part of the round was pace of play--waited on every hole.

Now objectively the course probably gets a 4/5 because of the sand being non-existent thick dirt, but other than that this course has been green, luscious, firm, and most importantly very playable all summer for a great price. Check the listings, if you play this course from the blues it will be a challenge, though the front 9 is quite short, it's rather challenging and narrow; the back 9 is a bit longer and more open. Great people, great facility, great course for the price.

Nice range to warmup on, practice green and facilities. Food is solid, can't beat 18 holes for 15-30 bucks!

Very narrow fareways almost a target course, but fun and challenging. course was in pretty good shape, carts were good, my friends and I had a good time, even though it was frustrating at times, that's golf. really liked the eleated tees, even though I put my ballout a few times, it was fun.

Some holes are very challenging due to OB left and right. About half the course has OB on both side with a very narrow target landing area. Club down and play safe, it will pay off. Accuracy is the only thing that matters to score. This course needs a few more acres of land. It was cheap on the weekend for a beach course though.

This is just an average golf course. Our tee time was at 8;35 on a Thursday morning, and when we pulled into the parking lot, it was already full. Upon checking in, the staff were friendly, but not exceptional. The range balls were a mix of whatever has been found on the course. Course conditions: Fairways were ok, but bare in many spots, around the greens were a little rough. Made for difficult chipping if you miss the green. Greens were mostly good, but I think they were poa anna, so some short putts were hard to keep on line. Overall, the course was ok for the $29 price.

Great price and the course is great. It can be a difficult course. Some really fun wholes.

COURSE HAS BEEN UPGRADED..PLAYED THERE SINCE 2000...WAS A GOAT PATCH, NOW FAIRWASY, GREENS AND TE BOXES AS NICE AS SAN JUAN CREEK

BUILDING COULD USE A COMPLETE SPRAY PAINT COAT OF WHITE AND GTEEN TRIM...WOULD LAST ANOTHER 75 YEARS

what I remembered. GPS carts is a big
step up. Food are good and reasonable
In price.

With ocean breeze the course was a lot cooler than
the inland courses. The course lay out is interesting,
several narrow fairways with cliffs and bushes.
Very good for the price.

For my hard earned $$$, there is no better value than a round at Shorecliffs.

I had read some critical reviews of the course online, but since it was so close to our summer rental and so very affordable, my son and I tried a mid-week round. We were pleasantly surprised! The staff was great and the course was actually in decent shape. We have played through much poorer conditions in the Inland Empire. It has some tight and challenging holes, but the experience was fun and what a value! We likely will be coming back next summer.

The greens are in great shape but the fairways are not . If you play it up in the fairway then overall it's good. Friendly staff. Food good and on a Sunday aft played in 4 hrs. I'll be back
