Best Track Around!
I played 11/2/2023, fairways are still tight and at least 1/2 inch thick. Greens (Champion Bermuda), as always, are exceptional.
My review of Belmont Lakes Golf Club. Title?
No complaints. Nice course. You rate courses on TeeOff.com or GolfNow too high then they raise tee time prices. That’s the real deal. My complaint with this course and many more following trend is paying 8 dollars to hit 40 balls on the range prior to my round. Or should I say 35 balls!! That’s ridiculous to be blunt!!

every time we played this course it’s always in superb shape greens are very good if u like to play golf this is my place for you I wish I lived closer I would play it every weekend
Old friends meet 1/2 way
3rd time playing this course. Staff is very friendly. We used Golfnow for your tee times. A lot of people out on a great day to play golf! That slowed play alittle. Would play again... Greens were fast.... sands traps were in play .. as well as H2O.
Great course
If you like fast greens and challenging fairways this course is just right for you. Bring you A game because this course can make feel like the B player. Great course for long hitters.
Great Greens!
A relatively flat NC course with friendly staff and firm/fast greens! The course was in really great shape and driving the ball is pretty easy as the fairways are wide and receptive without many bunkers. The greens do not play with as much break as you see, but roll true and are very well conditioned!
One of faves
Extremely wet conditions the day after a tropical storm but surprisingly playable. Foursome in front of us were extremely slow and unaware anybody else was playing out there. Still one of my favorite courses to play
Excellent Course
Fairways and greens were in great shape. Staff was helpful and friendly. The only that wasn't prefect on one or two holes the green side sand traps needed some sand to be added. Well worth the hour+ drive to get there. I'll play this again soon
Very Pleasant Round
Very nice course. Wide open fairways. Fast, true greens. Sand traps in good shape. Well-maintained. Price was very right. Wish it wasn't 70 miles away but I'll be back next year. Just a very nice golfing experience. Layout not really challenging for the advanced golfer but still fun to play. A very "friendly" course without being a muni. Again, in great shape. I'd recommend it to anyone, especially at that price point.
Recent play
Greens were just sanded so tough to really rate. Overall we liked the course. Golf apparal in pro shop….meh
Best in the Area
I absolutely love playing this course. If I live closer I would be a member.
(July 12th) The fairways are just starting to thicken up nicely. The greens were punched this week and still rolled true, can't wait to see what they'll be like next week:-).
Disappointed in the Staff
I booked this course on GolfNow at a discounted rate of $35 and they refused to honor the price in the clubhouse. The gentlemen working at the desk and the GM where incredibly rude and indicated it was GolfNow's mistake and they wouldn't honor the price. The course and pace of play where great. It was disappointing to drive an hour to this course and be treated poorly.
