About
Boca Greens Country Club is like most Florida golf courses in that it has a rather flat landscape with plenty of water, but it stand out for its scenic views and challenging but player-friendly layout designed by Joe Lee. Water is a prominent presence throughout the course and there are also numerous strategically placed bunkers to contend with, but these difficult elements are nicely balanced by ample room off of the fairways. One of the trickier holes is the par-5 17th, which is almost completely surrounded by water. The layout has a few challenging holes but overall a range of skill levels can play the golf course. There are also five sets of tees to make it even more approachable. Boca Greens C.C. boasts an enjoyable and fair round that is one of the area's best values.

Great layout…needing lots of TLC
Really like the layout and beautiful views among lovely homes BUT the course is just not in good shape anywhere.

The starter refused to let me tee off b/c I was not on his list of golfers even though I had paid 30 minutes before. After seeking a credit, the pro shop caused the starter to let me join the group I was supposed to play with. I played 12 through 18. The front 9 was so busy that after 3 holes I left the course. Would never go there again

This has a chance
Boca Greens has a chance to be an outstanding golf course.
The layout is great.
The course condition and clubhouse facility has seen better days.
The ongoing maintenance of the course seems to be at the least acceptable level and still be a golf course

long round slow play
The course was in fair shape but was fun and challenging. The pace of play was slow.

Difficult course
This course is more difficult because of the numerous sand traps and mediocre condition of the greens.

Tee off terrible
The lay-out is good, stajj very friendly but the conditions of some fairways are bad.
There is alors a big problem with some tee off, it's lire sand traps, no grass ????

Average course for the money
Course gets a lot of play. Only major complaint is that they need a ranger on course to move slow players along. Twosome a couple holes ahead of us was holding the entire course of golfers up!

Slow play can be exhausting
If you like 4.5 hour rounds, no beverage carts, 3 foursomes backed up at par 3, then this is a course for you. For me and the others I played with, thiss was just exhausting. Leaving the previous hole to see the next group still teeing off was a normalcy. Course conditions were normal considering public courses being overrun during peak season, but they need to space out the tee times a lot more.
We apologize for the pace of play issue you experienced. We always try to keep a great pace when having our golfers on the course.
