Portstewart Golf Club - The Riverside

Course is only playing 3-15 as they have alot of work going at present but still as enjoyable to play as ever, and the views are unaffected.

I played this course for to first time, and I was treated to the full links experience. We had wind, rain, and fast greens. Truly an amazing experience and I will definitely be back. The course is a good test for a mid handicap player, nice par 3s and tempting par 4s. It’s 5 stars all round from me

It started wet and windy but dried up nicely - still very windy though!

Not a bad course. Nice views along the river. Greens and fairways are in good order. Staff very friendly in pro shop and members very friendly as well. Really enjoyed my round of golf. Links golf in November, brilliant. Reminded me a bit of Kirkistown Castle.

Course was in great condition for early November.

No mats or temporary greens when we played. Some aeration on fairways but greens were flawless

A much more open and "find your ball friendly" course than some links.

Plenty of Bunkers and the occasional water hazard to have your game tested.

As with all links courses you really are at the mercy of the wind.

Would certainly recommend at the winter hot deal rate of £26.
