Fast play
We teed off at 6:00 am and we’ were finished at 8:00 am. Lots of work being done to improve the course. Recently purchased by the city of mission Viejo. New carts, Totally cleaned up clubhouse, but still closed due to COVID.

Great little course.
First time playing this course. Forgot to check total
Par on the course. Thought it was Par72, no par 5’s, mostly par 3’s and a handful of 4’s. Course was well maintained. Greens were very nice shape. Overall great place to practice your short game. Will play it again.

Course is really shaping up. Great for walking, course conditions improving monthly. Pace of play under control. friendly people and staff. A great opportunity to walk a course with enough challenge to improve your game.

Greens are recently aerated.
Fairways are okay. Too much water on some. The tee boxes needs more grass. Love pace of play or may be the group in front of us gave up on putting altogether. I would come back in a few months.
