About
The 27 holes at Spanish Wells Golf & Country Club sprawl through a landscape of swaying palms, towering pines, and mature live oaks. Located in Bonita Springs, the club offers some of the most scenic holes in southwest Florida. The numerous water features are difficult to ignore, coming into play on almost every one of the club's holes. The holes are played in three 18-hole combinations. The South/North golf course is a challenging but fair layout that features strategically placed bunkers and several doglegs. The club's signature hole is the North nine's second. This scenic par 3 plays to a well protected green that features a bunker on the right, and out-of-bounds to the left. In addition to the three golf courses there is a practice facility with a driving range, pitching and chipping areas, and two large putting greens.

Spanish Wells
Good value for the money. Played for the first time the South and East nines. Lots of water. Fairways slope to the water in many cases making it a challenge. Overall I thought the price and value was more than fair.
Nice course and setting.
Played East and North 9’s
Nice but slow
We played on a Monday, what one of the bag guys called. “Funday Monday” where they let residents who are not members of the club play. Two very nice women filled out our foursome,, and we had a lovely time. The only problem iwas the four I gentleman in front of us who labored over every shot, and as a result, we waited on every shot on every hole. No more “Funday Mondays”!
We waited from the first to the last whole. I have played this in the past. One time the pace was okay but the other time the pace was horrible as well. A staff person said even though they can play for free, from January through March, they will not play the course for this exact reason. Too expensive for the for the slowness.
Super tight layout
Super tight routing with tons of houses. Expensive for the quality of the layout.

A nice layout with good value, excellent pace of play and friendly staff
Very Nice Course
The course is in good shape - fairways and greens superb. Staff is friendly and helpful. Pace of play a little slow (4:30). Enjoyed the round.
