Cart availability issues again
Once again the cart availability has affected ability to even tee off on time today as they overbooked a tournament, not accounting for slow player they still offered Hot Deals with a cart and could not fulfill. Additionally, person at desk and manager in office could not offer any alternative such as refund for carts they did not have so we ended up with 1 cart and others in our group were forced to walk. Ongoing poor management of resources for golfers that paid in advance with Hot Deal.
Course conditions are fine, issues are not that.
Cart Shortages
getting very frustrating arriving an hour before tee time and cannot get carts until 5 minutes before your round starts. need to invest in more carts if staff cannot pair people up in a cart so that other players can arrive, check in, load carts and practice on range. Understand rules around pandemic, but since this maybe the new "norm" for some time to come, mgmt. needs to be forward thinking to accommodate their guests at course or potentially lose play to neighboring courses in the 30 mile radius that is making similar investments in equipment.
Greens were in good shape fairways were a little rough had to wait at almost every hole slow play was a little disappointed on how long it took us to play 18 holes
Amazing greens
I’ve played this course since it opened . Winter is always tough on courses but the fairways are in good shape. Some bunkers have a significant amount of standing water in them. The amazing thing is, is that as long I’ve been playing this course I have never seen the greens in such great shape. They are hard and FAST.

Bunkers are poor, not had sand in years! Fairways are poor as well, grasses dying & going dormant, not the best of condition! At some point would hope they put sand & seed in bottles so players would cover divots to help the over seeding! Not likely, but forever hopeful!
very very slow
Started out fine, one hole open in front of us. Caught a foursome within 15 minutes. Had a five hour round, was dark by the time we reached the club house, teed off at noon.

Fairways are starting to be blotchy, Bermuda dying out!
Bunkers were a little better, no sand, mud because of rain & damp fog!
Great December round
Greens were great, good speed, holding nice and rolling true. Due to covid the bunkers are not raked which is expected. Always enjoy playing here, only issue is tees are not level and need some maintenance.
Good course
COVID 19 definitely stinks but it was fun to play. There were a lot of people playing but overall the pace of play was not slowed down too much.
