Every member of the staff was nice and the practice facilities are great. Play IMG.

Before I arrived for my tee time I requested a rental set of Titleist Clubs and was promised that they would be set aside for me upon arrival. When I got there, I was given a set of Callaway's instead. The guy in the proshop must have been the assistant pro and blamed the "interns".

No big deal, fast forward to the 8th hole on the tee box. I proceeded to call the pro shop because the round was moving incredibly slow. I was playing by myself and the front 9 seemed incredibly jammed. It was lining up to be a 5 hour+ round of golf.

I politely asked the proshop for advise on whether or not I should skip a few groups and jump over to the back nine since I was playing alone. I figured this was the sensible thing do to considering the golf carts have GPS. I figured they could determine or not if it was possible.

To my surprise, the Tough Guy Assistant Pro that takes it way too seriously was rude to me over the phone and said "too bad", "the people in front of you are paying customers too" in addition to some other choice words. He cut me off on the phone mid sentence and hung up on me. I was considering leaving the course after this especially paying $70+ dollars to play sanded/air punched greens. It was baffling to get talked down this way. Former D1 golfer here not a clown like this proshop guy. He needs schooling and training.

I will not be back and advise everyone considering golfing here to look elsewhere. Expect poor treatment, 5+ hour rounds of golf, & crappy course conditions. The worst part was the treatment.

pace of play was terrible. day before fathers day & day of. tee time was 11, didnt tee off till 20 after. finished @ 4:20. had to wait on every shot until teeing off on 16 & 17. idk of people we’re just taking that many mulligans or what. also no hot dog’s & restaurant was closed on the weekend?

Amazing course for the price. Greens were previously aerated but didn’t have too much effect on the ball. People were very nice in the golf shop.

Son and I got a great deal B:c they Aerated the greens. The ball didn’t run true on some holes as should be expected. They had plenty of water at the the water station. Fun time

Lightning/Rainout after 9 holes. Staff informed me that since my round was prepaid, I would need to get my rain check / credit from GolfNow. I don't see ANYWHERE in GolfNow how to request a rain check / credit.

Very friendly staff. Good water stations and easily navigable with gps carts. Lighting cut us short - will return.

Played IMG the day after a big rain storm,the driving range was closed because it was too wet to collect the balls but the chipping and putting areas were really good,the prices were reduced as the greens had been spiked and sanded but to be honest they were really good,will definitely play here again before I go back to the uk

Course is in good conditions with good practice facilities. The pace of play was EXTREMELY slow. Took over 5 1/2 hours to play 18 holes. There was a 4some that both us & the group ahead of us jumped in front of of because of slow play. That group hit into me & my wife twice. We were just a twosome. We argued at the green letting them know that there was no where to go because the course was packed. I told them that if it happens again or if they hit my wife that it would come to blows. They replied sarcastically. I called the pro shop & had the Marshall come out just in case there was a fight. I was worried because it would have been just me against four other guys & I wanted a witness. The Marshall came out & spoke to the group but my wife was already upset & did not enjoy the rest of the round. I would suggest a course Marshall through out the entire day to keep pace of play on time &’to minimize opportunities for altercations.

Too expensive, and too hard for the average player. Course was very dry, poor upkeep outside of fairway. Will not play again.

Despite the drought like conditions in Sarasota, the course was in great shape. Went off at 7:14 and played in a little over 4 hours. Friendly staff. Greens were rolling fast. Spend some time on the practice green and enjoy the round. Some really nice holes. Challenging, but fair.

I’m on vacation from Scotland and 1st time at the course, found the whole experience good.

Hopefully I can return in the future.

Picked this course because it was close to my rental house and the last reviews were positive. Friendly staf, enough practice possibilities and gps buggy. Played with 3 older guys who knew the course so that was helpful. Nice layout, spacious although you play in a community. Nice layout, need some good course management. Greens very good, fairways as well. Nice to play.

Given the drought occurring in this area, the course is in excellent condition. Lightning fast greens, lush fairways and challenging design. However, the pace of play was horrendous. Nearly 3 hours on the front. Couldn’t take it, so we left after 9. Unfortunate because IMG is a gem.
