Very challenging for the first time. Will play again when we come back

Playing IMG in the summer is a real treat. The fairways were nicely kept and the greens rolled near perfect. They were consistent,, rolled true, and were ten to eleven on the stimp.meter yet they held approach shots nicely. The bunkers were very consistent and well maintained.. The tee boxes were fairly nice too. The only criticism I had to course conditions is that a few of the pitching and chipping areas around the side and back of some greens had patches of hard pan with little grass to pitch or chp from. The pace of play was good at 3 3/4 h. The course has water and ice at convenient locations as well as a cart person selling refreshments. All in all the layout is very good requiring both right to left and left to right ball flights. I highly recommend playing IMG during the summer because the price is excellen.

Got there around 645 for a 720 tee time and the place is already jumping! Guy are hitting the range and hour before there tee time! Just goes to show what a nice course will do to a golfer! Absolutely would play again!

Course is in excellent condition. Pace of play was relaxing. Jim, the starter, was friendly and helpful. Love this course.

Students playing had some bad mouths on them but I guess that’s just teens excited about being away from parents and aloud to use the the F word as much as possible. Not after a bad hit just enjoying Americas freedom of speech.

Hopefully the school will teach them new words as their education continues.

Always a great place to play and have played with one of their students last year who was a true first class guy. I guess you are who your friends are.

For the time of year, and the lack of rain the course was in very good condition. Fairways were green and sanded where needed. Greens were true and quick. Great value for the money.

Entire course was in very good shape. Look forward to returning soon. Can recommend this course.

It was an amazing day at IMG. The entire course was green. It is obvious that the staff have been running sprinklers unlike numerous other courses in the area. The lack of rain has been brutal on other courses but not IMG. The greens were great, staff as always was awesome. Would definitely recommend you give IMG a go.

Awful warmup area, greens rolled good, bunker sand was crap, average layout at best, not one “signature” hole. It’s an average course, Tee boxes are beat up and pace of play was awful, it was worth the 35$ I paid, that is it!

First time playing the IMG course for my wife and I. I play to a 14 and found the course very challenging especially approaching the greens with some tight pin placements. Course is very deceptive in its difficulty. The sand traps around the greens provide difficult shots to the greens. Greens were very smooth and fast. Fairways were in beautiful condition. I would recommend this course to anyone looking for someplace in the Sarasota area. Definitely will play here ag
