IMG Academy Golf Club

Course is in as good as it gets for summer golf in Florida. Greens put true and most fairway shots find good grass. The greens are well protected increasing the challenge. This course gets allot of senior play as many do. From the gold tees there are several par 4’s over 400 yards that are unreachable by most. I played with a great bunch of guys that are members. Their group plays every Friday early. My only recommendation would to adjust the senior tees to allow the game to be fairly played. By that I mean on a par 4 on in two and two putt. Give the old guys a chance. The game would be more enjoyable.

Tee boxes are a mess., fraiways have alot of baldspots.

Bags loaded as soon as we parked by staff, and free range balls. Starter was friendly and gave us the rundown of the course.

Greens were in great shape. Tee boxes need some love. Pace was also good. Range was decent and ice and water on course. Will be back.

Course was a bit dry because of the drought but greens were very good,tee boxes were a little bare but enjoyed my round and will play here again

Fairways are very good greens are great running true ..excellent staff in the clubhouse was very friendly. I can recommend this golf course. I will be back to play it again.

The tees boxes and greens were in great condition! Traps were well maintained. The fairways were a bit burned out in spots but overall they were acceptable. Pace of play was good (we played in 4 hours). Nice value for the the money. !

This was my first time playing at IMG and it certainly won’t be my last. Everything was great. Pace of play was great. We never waited. Group in front of us played fast. We played fast. Everyone around us kept up pace and weren’t rushed. The practice facility was great. The range balls were included as well as the balls on the chipping area. The greens were literally perfect. Every single green. They were amazing. The fairways were great and the atee boxes were really good. All the staff interactions I had were really friendly and good. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Can’t wait to play here again

First time but not our last. Definitely worth the ride from St Pete.

The cours is very beautyful and in a very good condition

I've played here many times. Great course and always well kept. Always a first class operation, We had a misunderstanding between the pro shop and the starter that was less then professional and uncomfortable but when hearing this the Director of the golf club Mr Steve Strausbaugh stepped in and made things right. He was very professional and listen to the issue and handled it right away.
