Stacked Tee Times
We had booked a tee time on a Saturday afternoon. Fully understanding it would be busy but we picked a time with no group starting directly in front of us. Instead of the pro shop checking the tee times they let a group of 3 walk in right before us and start at the exact same time. This slowed the round down to a dreadful pace. Took over 5 hours to finish. Pace of play was awful because of the lack of spacing between tee times. They must be trained to take everyone and anyone with no scheduling involved.
Manatee Review
Course was in great shape, especially after the storm. Staff was great. My only complaint was that the bar closed early😂.
Need a better club house menu
Would be great if a beer and snack or meal was available after a round . Just a thought !
Good warm up course for other rounds but not a course I’d play every week

Great day of golf. Course in good condition considering hurricane Helene and Milton.
Etiquette
I heard more swearing and loud people with no respect for the game than ever in my life. The pace was horrendous and no marshall to help. It was a complete zoo. We did not tee off on time and never got to finish the round. I was not happy.
Four hours to play 12 holes.
No Marshalls. Group of 16 ahead of us playing a 2 man scramble. Not bad golfers but spent more time drinking and wasting time than playing golf. ENTIRE GOLF COURSE BACKS UP.
When they got to the 12th hole, a par 3, teed off then sat down and had shots and conversation with the Raffle guy before going up to chip & putt (no one was on the green) we gave up.
This new management group needs to step up and hire a Marshall to keep things moving. I live 3 miles away and after today, my friends and I will let all our friends know to stay away until course Management improves.
Unfortunately, overbooked
My review of this place is Snapshot. It looks like a beautiful course unfortunately they were booked maybe overbooked and I’m a new golfer. Did not allow single riders to have their own cart…. I guess I will find a quieter course and come back when I can keep up. Overall, the staff was very friendly
Due to reseeding, cart path only for golf cart.
Like the layout of the course, wide fairways, greens were okay, fairways not in great shape due to reseeding. Will definitely play again in future.
Overseeding
Cart path only due to overseeding. So pace of play was a little slower.
