Manatee Golf Course

Course was a little rough shape wise but I haven’t been able to play an 18 hole round in 3 hrs in about 20 years so I will take it! Layout was good, fairly wide open and not a ton of challenging elements. Pace of play was good. First course played after relocating down from South Carolina

Had a great time playing this course by myself. Staff were all very friendly, course was in fine condition. There was a decent amount of variation to the holes, about what you'd expect from a Florida muni. Water and some especially tight fairways added challenge but overall course is forgiving enough to be fun for all. My only gripe was that the concession shop closed at 3pm. While they had a great deal of 4 beers on ice for just $12 for the front nine, I was hoping to get a brat and one or two more beers at the turn only to find out they closed at 3pm (I teed off at 2), this made the back nine a bit miserable but in the future I'll just bring some food myself, no big deal. I will be back, alone and with buddies.

Enjoyed playing at Manatee County golf. The price is great, the course is great and the service is very pleasant

The course was in good condition but very wet due to rain the day I played. They are in the process of replacing some of the worst cart path cement. The greens were in super shape and the course is fun to play. Not a hard course.

Manatee is always a great place to golf. Staff are always friendly and helpful for someone who is new to golf. Large and spacious layout throughout the course. Love this place.

I live close so I play the county course often. It has its ups and downs, still needs a lot of rain water to help in areas but the greens are in great shape which is always nice.

Nice course. Good layout. Enjoyed playing. Do have one gripe, which is many dry spots on the course.
