The course was in great shape, pace of play was exceptional. The staff was extremely friendly!!

In general pretty good shape, well managed. They have started to punch areas that that are usually harder to keep green. Happy that their prices are coming down.

Booked this somewhat last minute for 12 noon tee time. Course was unusually quiet in the afternoon so I managed to play as a single in 2.5 hours, after waiting on a couple of groups to let me through.

Everything worked out perfectly, and course was in great condition.

This course is great for long hitters and Single Digit players. It is a neighborhood gem so you will see lots of foursomes struggling from the wrong tees. The Marshall is usually around. The pace of play is great. They pay attention. The range is great and the balls are included for rack rate. Enjoy this well maintained course out in the middle of San Tan Valley in Florence, AZ.

Course was in great condition and rolling true!! May golf in the desert and couldn’t tell,. Everything was lush green and greens were fast, play more break on downhill and side putts..! First time at Poston Butte and will definitely be back!!

Drive down from Scottsdale and this course met expectations. Staff was very friendly and we would have stayed and had a drink as food at the bar. Will be back for the food and drinks is after better planning on our part.

Course was wet in the grass and bunkers. Greens were wet and fast on the first few holes then dry and slow, oddly.

The course was in great shape, the greens were perfect, and the staff was very friendly to include the course marshals.

Will definitely be back I would suggest this course to anyone played it a few times and it’s always in meticulous condition

If you don't mind traveling for a great golf course then this is where you have to explore. It's far from Phoenix and Scottsdale but it is better than majority of the high priced slow, horrible maintenanced in those cities. Poston Butte is a good challenge for all levels of golf. You have to hit real golf shots and have bunker shots in your arsenal. Excellent greens that run true. They have an island green Par 3.

This is a fun course to play and among my favorites despite the location being challenging from the east valley. I try to get out here every once in a while as I enjoy the layout and quality of the course however yesterday was tough as there were two tournaments and somehow 3-4 foursomes mixed in the middle. That led to a 5 hour round for 18, waiting on every hole but 1,2 and 18. Not what I hoped for and I expect Poston Butte to do better next time

I'm currently writing this review because I have been here many times and had the same treatment from the starter his name is Scott and he treats me very poorly as he does the rest of his customers

The course is beautiful and well maintained. Be careful when booking a tee time. We were told that regardless of our tee time we had to wait for three groups from the men’s league to play ahead of us. They also did not have our tee time recorded correctly and members played ahead of us with no regard for explanation to visitors. When addressing the issue I was passed from the starter, to the pro shop staff, to the manager. Not a very pleasant or welcoming experience. I would recommend the course, but be aware of your timing.

Pro shop was neat but lacked quality brands. Layout was perfect. Great challenge with landing zones that let you grip and rip.

Great service at the front desk by Payton; on-course staff were very cordial.

Tboxes and greens were in terrific shape. Bunkers are well positioned and well maintained.

Cart was clean.

Nice Troon courae off the beaten path in Florence AZ. Nice course and amenities but greens were not in the best shape surprisingly. Carts are older with no GPS. Would play again.
