Bartram Trail Golf Club
About
Bartram Trail Golf Club in Evans is situated just minutes from Augusta National. Despite the fame of its neighbor, Bartram Trail stands out for being Columbia County's only public golf course. It has a location next to Patriot's Park that provides forests of mature hardwoods and pine trees that were fully utilized in the design. The scenic and well preserved landscape of the golf course includes rolling hills, natural wetlands, and the meandering Euchee Creek. The dedication to preserving the beauty of the terrain earned the course certification as an Audubon International Wildlife Sanctuary. Although the hills, trees, and wetlands present some formidable challenges, Bartram Trail Golf Club was designed with playability in mind as well. There are some tricky holes but it's not overly punishing for the high handicapper.

It s a great course with friendly staff and a great value for your money.
Great day at Bartram Trail
The course was in good shape and there were no issues with the pace of play.
Greens were a little bumpy on a few holes but overall consistent once speed was figured out.
Course is coming around well
It’s still early but the golf course is in great shape. If you’ve never played it Bartram is a fun course with a lot of different looks. Greens were excellent and rolled true. Our favorite in the Augusta area
Great Course!
Golf Now made booking my tee time seamless. The staff was great and the course was beautiful. A great time every time.
Satisfactory..
Today the weather was perfect to play golf.
Everything was excellent .So good .
Will strongly recommend the course to my friend.
Watch out for the “Dog Fight”
I had a 7:50 tee time and the starter at the desk told me that the front 9 would be smooth but after the turn I would caught up in a big group... He failed to tell me it was a regular shotgun group that they let off at 9am and they got in front of me and slowed me up and really made me mad. I feel that as a paying customer at a golf course, unless it is a posted tournament, players should not be jumped in front of by multiple groups. The only reason I booked the tee time was because I could get to work on time. I was not going to be able to finish so I only ended up playing 9 holes. Very disappointed
Great challenge
Tough course but very well kept and requires more than great drives off the tee to play it well.
In my opinion the greens always were second to the River in speed and how true they rolled. The greens are in definite need of attention to get them back to Bratram’s standards. Overall I enjoy playing here.
Too many singles and not enough 4somes
Course never requires assigned T times to play in 4somes so you end up with singles and twosome teeing off resulting in slow play.
The greens are dead there was no attempt to add a winter Rye except for a few tee boxes. There hasn’t been rain for almost a week however the course was extremely wet. There is a serious drainage issue
Love Hot Deals
This course is very consistent. Even with winter conditions the greens were in pretty good shape. Log jam on first tee because of employee appreciation day. But starter moved us to 10th tee and all went well from then on.
