Palmetto-Pine Country Club

I did not play. I thought I had researved Thursday not Tuesday. So I wasted 60.00.

Course has a good layout but needs time for the renovations to take hold, grass was high assuming due to root establishment. No information the front nine was closed

The front 9 of the course was closed for maintenence and the Golf Now app failed to list that.

Also dont think it is right to charge the same amount for having to play the same holes twice and wait longer due to more people playing the same holes

We played 18 holes as a threesome. the pro shop was friendly, the starters and the rangers were friendly and to the point.

We rented clubs ($500 which were surprisingly good, they also had a lefty set for us.

Course was in very good shape, though they recently aerated the fairways - that should be grown in in within 10 days from when we played - did not impacts us too badly, frankly. Greens were VERY nice, but wet so they did not break allot and were not very fast (no complain on my side - just an observation - it has rained allot that day)

I'd play again.

amenities are a bit older and tired, but if you mainly go for the course it is worth it.

No notice of aeration to course 1st hole unplayable waited a year to attempt playing entire course disappointed

I got my first eagle on hole #2 from 137 yards out, made the whole day worth it! Will be playing here again for sure. Clean, great conditions and friendly staff thank you Palmetto Pines!

Great course, excellent shape.. my only complaint was that, while the bunkers were filled with coveted white sand, in most cases, it was surface covering.. One trap I was in, it seemed less than 2 inches deep..

Enjoyable Arthur Hills layout. The condition of the tee boxes, fairways, bunkers, and greens was a solid “B”, — good to very good. Greens fee was appropriate for the conditions. I thought it was a good value. I recommend it and will definitely play here again.

The course was nicely layed out. I played from the Blue Tee Box. Was just the right distance for my game. The greens have recently been airated, aswell as some of the fairways. It still played and rolled decently. Give it another 2 weeks or so for it to grow back in and it will be money. With that said, I would definitely go back again in the near future

It was not worth the fee charged to play greens that had recently been aerated!

The course has been better in the past.

This course was great in every way. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Pace was 3:45 for 18 with a twosome, on a holiday morning even. We had a rain out at a nearby course and got on here within the hour. The course was beautiful and in wonderful condition. Challenging but fun. Hospitality really put it over the top, convenient outdoor restaurant at the turn, even offered frozen towels to stay cool on the course.

Came down from Bradenton to play, and it was worth the drive. The course is in great shape, and the greens roll great, but they are a challenge. Will for sure play again.
