Golfer Reviews
Tired and neglected
Course was in poor shape compared to others in the area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Grounds need to be maintained. Cart paths were horrible. Need signs pointing to tee location for next hole. Pace was good.

Course staff is friendly.
Course is in OK condition for this time of year.
Greens very slow.
Tough pin locations on Tuesday.
Tee boxes need some love. Pace of play not up to speed either.

Nice course. Good layout. Lots of trees, moderate amount of water in play. Bunkers in good condition with sugary white sand. Staff friendly.
Fairway grass
Love this course. My only hole in ones happened here on 6 and 18 with friends from back home in Wisconsin.
The fairways need some work. Sparse grass leaves you with difficult tight lies. Fun round though with nice folks.
Please maintain the course
I live here and I understand in season more people are playing , but the course needs attention, water, and cart path repair. OMG it kills you back if you stay on the cart path. People are creating their own paths to the next tee box. By the way aren't tee boxes supposed to have grass on them? My God, again please give some TLC , PLEASE! . This is a great city course please don't let it disappear.
Great Course
I play this course at least once a week. Love the layout. Lately there has been a cart shortage and slow play. This time of year that is to be expected somewhat with the increase in population in the winter months.
Nice course in Cape Coral in better than average shape for the area and for this time of year
Pleasant day at the well-run Coral Oaks which is in better shape than average for Cape Coral's courses this time of year.
Was over a 4.5 hour round. Considering the course was stacked, the pace of play was consistent and not unbearable. I saw no rangers and our cart's battery barely made it to the 18th hole.
The bunkers were fairly nice, but can use more sand.
Most teeing grounds were bare or rough. Some greens had tufts of grass or divot marks that affected putting. Overall the greens were consistent. The fairways were smooth with lots of roll. They were not what I'd call plush. The GPS cart screens were very good.
Extreme slow play, by the end if the round their onboard GPS had us 30mins behind schedule.
Marshall was notified about half way through the round but it did not appear to matter to him.
Good value for the money
The course over all is easy to play. Long and wide lanes. Godd and fair greens. Sometimes water comes into play, no heavy bunkers.
