Very nice
Had a great time at Cape Royal. Met a great family from Wisconsin. Course was in great shape but the greens were getting bumpy a bit from the day’s traffic but otherwise all was good!!
I would recommend this course to anyone!!

Greens are fast, pace of play was very good.
Staff very friendly, and helpful
Beautiful homes suround the course, wet lands for a few holes, unexpected but great to play.

Front nine greens will be great by next year, but sparse this year. Back nine greens are awesome, though a little slow.
The Queen is always challenging especially from the white tees.
Women's tees are less challenging but also very fair to the women where many courses are not fair for women.

Course is inside a community and has lots of water, marsh and or OB that comes into play on most every hole. Keep the shots straight or else.you’ll go through lots of balls. Tees and fairways in rough condition. Greens are good by comparison. A twosome who are regulars ( they had their own personal carts so could tell) jumped in front without asking - rude and felt entitled. Entrance to area to get to bar and bathrooms smells bad.

Quirky, but overall good
A couple of holes with Preserves on them cause you to lay up off the tee, unless you are an extremely long hitter. Without knowing the course, you could end up with blind shots on those holes.if I played it again with a better knowledge of what to watch out for, I'd possibly give it a better rating. Let's of water, so if you are not accurate, bring lots of golf balls.
