Horrible shape
The staff is friendly and the price acceptable, but the course is in horrendous shape. Many "fairways" are really just sand with patches of long grass here and there. The greens are decent. Overall, really needs some heavy duty TLC before I would return.

Water everywhere
This is a fun but challenging course. The fairways are very narrow with water on 17 holes. Bring lots of balls. I like playing here for the price and the long holes.
