Casselberry Golf Club

Very enjoyable game at Casselberry where we got a really friendly welcome in the pro shop to check-in. Course in nice shape with plenty grass on tees fairways & greens. Greens could have been quicker but did putt true. One or two quirky holes otherwise enjoyable layout. Certainly worth a visit

This course is what it is - a short muni. But, the layout is nice and there are lots of good minis around worth playing. WP pines, fairways, Ventura…all great even though short. This course could be every bit of that…but…

The greens are beyond terrible! Dirt you ask? No. Punched! No. They just don’t now them. They are green and lush, but I’ve seen fairways with more roll. I don’t get it, now them so they are quick and this course has potential.

Nice course lot of water have to hit your ball straight will play this course again

For the price this course is well worth it. Great beer selection in the pro house and a fun, forgiving course. Tee boxes need some work and fairways are patchy on some holes but overall great course. It’s clear they’ve been focusing on green improvement as of late.

Did not know greens would be top dressed when booked and also one of favorite par 5 would be under construction and turned into temp green in middle of fairway!

My boys and i decided to play last minute. Due to some miscommunication I made a reservation on Golf Now and paid for 4. A friend actually called and made a tee time but did not pay.

Once we got to the course we went to check in and explain what happened and the manager who was working the desk came unglued.

He was rude talking about "how we cost him $200 in revenue" and "how can you not know what that can do to a small company" and "you need to be held accountable for doing something like this that can hurt a business"

He was aggressive and raising his voice. I was apologetic but when he raised his voice and because aggressive i raised mine telling him it was an honest mistake and why are you acting like this.

I also said "if it is going to hurt the business that much and YOU feel the need then go ahead and charge me the extra $200 because God forbid i would hate to see the course go under because of this"

Because we were early ( 30 mins ) we went to the 1st tee to see if we could go because they were not busy at all. This guy got in his cart and followed us and told us we could not go until our reservation.

All in all the course is in good shape but EXTREMELY short ( tips are only 5,400 ) but this attitude causes me concern about coming back.

The price should be much lower considering the amount of maintenance going on. One hole was cut in half and was nothing but dirt, so the par 5 was just turned into a 3, with a make shift hole in the middle of the fairway. Almost all the greens were very sandy, almost like putting in the bunker, and the final hole the green looked like it hadn't been mowed in a week. It was un puttable. Luckily basically no one else was really playing so it was a calm day. If it were cheaper it would be worth it for a quick practice game. 4/10.

Lots of rain caused the course to be pretty soggy. Only had the back 9 open and there were lots of players, so long day.

Three of the first nine holes were more or less out of commission with hurricane damage. Some holes were redickulesly difficult with tiny wolly greens surrounded by trouble. Poor value for money

No mention of hurricane damage that affects around 3 holes on the front nine. Also ridiculously difficult holes on the front nine, one hole s green had a road on one side, a Forrest on the other side and a lake at the front. The person who designed the front nine must be a masochistic . If all golf courses were like this one I would seriously consider packing the game in . Won't be going back. 😧😧😧🏌️🏌️🏌️
