Dating back to 1900, Winter Park Golf Course is one of the oldest golf courses in Florida. The course and clubhouse are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Despite being a nine-hole golf course, Winter Park Golf Course is not an ordinary pitch and putt. Known for its narrow, tree-lined fairways and postage stamp greens that are heavily guarded by bunkers, the golf course presents a formidable test to even the most skilled golfers. The golf course is ideal for golfers looking to sharpen their short game skills. Besides offering a challenging game, Winter Park Golf Course has extremely affordable rates that make it a great location for catching a quick round.

Beautiful Venue

I’ve played this course before and the only difference this time was that the greens were being redone so we had shorter courses and temporary greens !

Though it is a nine hole course, you still have a couple of par 3s, par 4s and par 5s. It can be challenging but a great place to play and practice, Highly recommended!!

Nice track in historic neighborhood

This was a fun nice track to play. Only nine holes! They really do a lot with those nine holes, but unfortunately, they’re in this round. The ground greens were under repair. So temporary greens in a fairway left a lot to be desired. However, the course upkeep and staff were great.

Course under repair

All the greens were under repair, there were all temporary green in place, so i did no putting just chip on and then moved to next hole, but had fun hitting some shots and chips.

The greens 🤦

I love this course. Play here often. But the greens are being redone I think. There’s a temporary green just off the main green. Like it’s the fairway grass shaved shorter with a circle spray painted and the flag in the middle….

So my GF who works at a golf course heard that the grounds keeper for 3 winter park golf courses used the wrong seed for the greens and SCREWED UP BIG TIME. Costing over 5milion in damages and was fired.. now when I heard this. It made sense after what I saw at the WP9..

Normally a beautiful short 9-hole track in Winter Park. The course was closed for 2 months until yesterday and should remain closed until August as the greens were all burned by roundup. All temp greens

Nice fun course

We played 9 and it was fun open course! Greens were little rough but they were fixing them up! Open play. The staff was very friendly and the pro shop was nice! We loved the course! We walked it and it only took 2 hrs with 4 of us hitting okay
