About
Dubsdread Golf Course is a popular choice for beginning and intermediate golfers. Designed in 1923, it is the oldest public course in the Orlando area. The course is tight with a short, traditional layout that features "postage stamp" style greens that are heavily bunkered. There are also elevated greens that are slightly sloped. Dubsdread Golf Course's fairways are narrow and there are also water hazards that come into play on some holes. One particularly difficult water hazard comes into play on the 12th hole, which is a par 3 that requires a tee shot to a green that is well protected by bunkers.

Perfect
Dubsdread Golf & GC in Orlando turned out to be one of the best golf days yet in Florida, booked on GolfNow $120 for both of us(senior rate lol) the counter staff, the starter the food shack girl all had personalities go figure!! Herman the pro, Calvin the starter were totally there for the people, informed and entertaining. Course was in pristine condition pace of play was excellent. Joan kicked my but fought back to no avail. I recommend this if your in Orlando
Good
Course was in good shape for this time of year in FL. All staff met expectations from club drop off to pick up and all in between.
Golfing Round
Staff was Very friendly and willing to assist in all fashion. I attended Edgewater High School that’s directly across from the course I have walked through the course for many years but never played it. The ground enjoyed the round, can’t wait to play their again.
Well kept, friiendly pace of play respected
There’s a reason this course has stars around after all of these years. The course is in great shape, some tee boxes were needing to be moved but overall excellent. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Pace of play was respected and moved right along. We were done in under 4 hours.
Terrific public course
Dubsdread is in great condition, particularly given the quantity of golfers handled the course. Pace of play, however, was slowed by two foursomes of very slow golfers. We were backed up two deep on several holes and I could only get 17 holes completed by 4:30 on the course.
Dubsdread review
Course was in very good shape and we completed our round in just under 4 hrs. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the carts with GPS were in great condition.
