National City Golf Course

So much to describe for 14.00 for nine holes.

Almost domesticated pack of coyotes not bothering anyone, terrain challenges, don’t go left, forced carry on one hole, no water challenges. Paces was slow. Bumpy greens, tee boxes were a little beat up. 14.00 green fee, no complaints and I played it again 3 days later.

The cost compared to what you are getting is about $20 excessive, especially when purchasing carts. it is definitely walkable.

Well first of all if they book 4 or more players together they should make the group play best ball when you have too wait 20/25 min a hole is two Darn long

Their greens just got better but the course can definitely use a bit more love.

Greens are a little slow could use a tighter cut.

Cheap 9 hole where you can pretty much use all clubs in your bag.

I have played NCGC twice and will be back.

They seem to overbook this course often. A 9 hole round that took 3.5 hours is ridiculous. They also need to overhaul their golf carts as they are falling apart and have the worse brakes ever. It’s a fun course when it’s not backed up and you want to get a quick round on but that never happens these days.

The pace of play was horrible due to some league play on Fridays. We were backed up by a bunch of drunks for over an hour.
