National City Golf Course

My family is camping at the Chula Vista KOA so I decided to give the course a shot. The staff was very friendly and organized. The course wh i'll le short had a degree of difficulty added with the dog legs. Whether your a first time or a grizzled golfer I would recommend this easy to walk course to anyone. And by the way, very inexpensive.

I played National City GC. After my round, got en email from Golfnow saying I didnt show and charged me again. What is going on?

This is a fun course if you want to work on controlling the ball and for working on consistency. The course is well maintained and the value is about as cheap as it gets. The course can get a little backed up but once again for the price I am not complaining. I will definitely be back in the future as I start to progress in my golfing skills.

Staff is horrible. They have major issues with golf carts here. I recommend people do not go here due to horrible attitude of the staff in pro shop. Freddy and the food and beverage people are great. Vic the manager needs to train the staff on customer service.

National City Golf Course is an Executive 9 Hole course that is an excellent value for your time and money. You can use your driver and long irons and accuracy is rewarded on short iron approaches. There is snaggy rough in spots but the fairway is maintained and rewards the golfer with logical shots to the green. For the price, you can't beat this course.

This was the first time, we played this course. it was a 5:15 t-time and they were already running late. By the time we got out, it was almost 6pm. In the middle of our round (9 holes only mind you), a junior came to the greens and started collecting all the flags from the holes and inserted sand rakes into the holes, which meant we could n to see where the holes were at all.

They didn't offer us to hit practice balls at all in the beginning as we had to go out without hitting practice balls which made the start of the round even worse. To top it all off, after the round, went to hit some balls on the driving range matts, the same junior came back again and waited by me to clear everything up as they were closing and wouldn't even bother to go around and clear everything else first before coming to me last. And when I asked him what he was waiting for, he said I need to clear your spot up. Ive been in the hotel business for 10+ years and teach customer service to companies and individuals and he definitely need to learn how to treat clients and customers where you earn your income from. What else do you expect from a city course. I should have known better. Never again.!!!

National city golf course has friendly staff that always provide great customer service. The course is well taken care of. The conditions of the greens and fairway are always outstanding.

Best keep secret in South Bay, fun and challenging little golf course, perfect greens under 10 bucks great deal

Course is in great shape right now, greens are rolling nicely. I had a lot of fun. Kudos to the staff for keeping this course up.

I wanted to play nine holes and so I thought this course has a nice layout where I can use most of my clubs. The course is in fair shape. I paid $9.99 plus fee at GolfNow which I thought was a great deal until I found out that the cart is not included with the price. GolfNow should have flag that one in. Other than that, it’s ok. Next time I play there, I will bring my golf cart.
