great greens
had not played SC in a while but extremely pleased at the overall conditions, particularly the greens. back is much tougher than the front but that's the way it should be. will be back soon

A GREAT place to TEE hit up. It was the 635th course I’ve played in the 66 years I’ve been playing and a definite different atmosphere to play in.

First Timers
The course was in great shape, awesome tee boxes , good fairways, large greens. Friendly, informative staff. Will definitely play again on our next golf trip to Daytona Beach

Better than Daytona Beach Golf Club
New to the area and checking out all the courses. Spruce Creek greens and tees were in good shape. The fairways and bunkers were mediocre at best. Many old men playing the course and they don’t bother to rake the traps. I will return at $30 a round

Not worth the money
Pro shop attendant was a kook. Fairway was hard as all be. Greens weee decent. Won’t go back for what they charge.

Fly in
Course and the community is nice. Cool to see the planes flying above and taking off. Couple holes where your probably gonna lose a ball or two but this is the game we play. Sand traps were soft. Not enough courses put effort into the traps and they become hard which sucks! Not the case here. Greens were rather large and nice playing fast so not much needed to get her there.

Decent course
Decent and relatively easy course to spend 4+ hours. Only negative part is the pace, and some people would cut in from no where and play horribly

Good condition course
Saw some recent good reviews of the course, so I decided to give it a try. Overall, it’s pretty good, I would give 4 for the green, no big issues, normal speed, two greens showed marks of chemical damages from maintenance work (time for new equipment?). Faiways are decent, most of them are in very good conditions, many tee boxes were just overseeded, showing beautiful winter grass, the cart girl was sweet and doing a great job! Had a little bit pace issue, on hole #6, a single player came out from nowhere cut in front of me, even worse, he didn’t seem to know how to play, made the already slow face slower. Overall, I feel it’s a easy course, front 9 is easier than back 9, not in top notch condition but enjoyable.
