First time playing Spruce Creek - will be back!
First time I played Spruce Creek; it is a very good course in excellent condition. A bit challenging with some narrow fairways and water but a very fair course. Fairways and greens were in excellent condition. Staff was friendly; pace of play excellent. Lots of water, even an ice machine, on the course.
Great course great deal
I’m new to the area and ive played a few courses. For the Golf Now hot deal price; you can’t beat this. LPGA is the only course I’ve played locally that is definitively nicer, but that’s to be expected. Even at full price, playing here would be worth it!

Excellent course condition!
Recently moved to Fl and have been playing a different course every week. Spruce Creek was in great condition and is my favorite thus far. I’ve already booked it again for next week!

Nice course.
Needs someone to monitor pace of play and people riding on par 3 fairways.

Very Good course
We finished 18 holes in less than 3.5 hours so the pace was excellent!
Front desk staff was friendly and professional.the course is very well kept and very challenging. The front 9 and back 9 are different. The back 9 is more narrow and 5 of the9 holes have water, some on both sides . That doesn’t include the sand bunkers that are there.
It’s challenging for sure.
The only sight negative are the quick cart girl’s … they go by so quick you better send a western union to them before they get there.
I will visit again when I’m in the central Florida area

Been Playing here for several years
The course was in excellent condition today. Greens ran well and true. Perfect day to golf today so it was quite busy. There was a short delay to wait on carts but here is where I want to give a shout out to Robert in the pro shop. He handled the situation very professionally and with complete composure. That’s important. Almost as important as those greens running well

Bunkers still need attention
Weather was a bit warm, but getting to play with an old friend was great. The staff was congenial and helpful as they always seem to be. A beverage cart was available out on the course. Play was light, so we made it around in 3 1/2 hours.
The tees, fairways and greens are all in fine shape. Greens especially were smooth with speed about 9.5' to 10.0' today which was a little slower that I've seen them in the past. Fortunately I found the bunkers only twice because they still need some attention. Though they were groomed, the sand depth is still very inconsistent. It's hard to control shot distance when there is barely enough sand in some places to cover the hard bottom. Otherwise this could be one of the best courses in Central Florida. Bring in a few truckloads of good sand and reap the kudos you deserve.
