Horrible condition

This course has gone downhill. Paid $35 for a weekday evening outing and that’s about all its worth. Bunkers are mud, tee boxes are a wreck and the greens have tons of ball marks and are very discolored.

Not what it once was

This course used to be beautiful years ago but it is now far from that. The architecture is nice but the conditions are very below par. If I paid over 100 to play this course on the weekend I would be livid! This course is worth 35 during twilight but nothing more than that. With Quail Brook, Spooky Brook and other courses in the general area, I would much rather play those where the conditions are much better.
