About
White Oaks Country Club is carved from the mature pinelands of Newfield in south Jersey. Towering oak trees frame the golf course, separating each hole and giving each one a secluded feel. There are several challenges in store on this layout including massive strategically placed bunkers and water hazards, but it is also forgiving enough to accommodate beginners. The golf course does not have just one hole that it considers its signature but in fact, multiple holes. There is the par-5 seventh which stretches to a monstrous 621 yards and the par-4 ninth features a tricky second shot over water to a double green. These two challenging holes take advantage of the landscape's natural contours. The 17th is yet another signature hole, it has been voted the "toughest par 3 in South Jersey."

Over crowded
They typically over book this course. Definitely do not go on Tuesday. It’s like senior citizen day because of the discounted rate. A round will take a good 6hrs to play. Weekends are usually bad also. There are many other courses around that manage pace of play way better than here.

Great Course , good price
Just started golfing this year. I’ve played roughly 20 rounds at white oaks, and about 20 rounds at other locations. This course is usually in great shape. Staff is very friendly. Course is challenging and if you’re a beginner like me , you have a chance to use every club in your bag. Always a great time at white oaks. My only complaint is pace of play. On nice days the courses are usually packed which is understandable , I believe spacing the tee times out a little more will make this the perfect course to play at a great price. 4.5/5 easily

The leaves were kept off the fairways and greens but what I like the best is the veteran's discounts.

Great Layout
Plan to play this course more often. Every hole rewards good shots & easy to track bad ones. Great staff. A gem of a course.

Good staff greens in good condition fairways soft be cause of rain and frost very nice layout I'll start playing here more often!

It’s a sham I like the course but some of the people there are a little rude the group behind us hit up on us a couple of times with no apology mostly likely will not return
Continues to improve
You can certainly see the great effort put in by the grounds crew. The course is getting better and better. 100% improvement over summer conditions. Seeding around the hazards, new sand, etc. The crew was blowing leave off the fairways and greens all morning.
Of course, it didn’t hurt that we played pretty well!
The pace of play was a little slow, but it was a beautiful day. We’ll be back!

Improved
Every time we play here, the course gets better and better. Tee boxes are beautiful. Greens are incredibly challenging. Sand traps still need a lot of work. Fairways and greens were free of leaves .

Played a round on a Hot Deal. Greens were being aerated but still in good condition. Have played this course many times and always have a good time.

Best bang for your buck
Great course and atmosphere! I'm a beginner and I have been to a decent amount of courses so far. This is my favorite in the area. You can't beat the price !

Double Green on hole #9
This course was in good condition considering the time of year. The value was well worth it. I really enjoyed hole #9 as you have two green choices. One across water and the other one normal. The food is amazing and I really enjoyed the bar atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back here!!!

4 1/2 Hours to play 15 HOLES!!
There was an outing that went later than expected and the course tried to fit as many groups as possible out. Had a 3:03 tee time and am usually finished playing white oaks in 3.5 hours, but we were barely able to finish 15 holes over the course of 4.5 hours. It was a poor managerial decision to allow that to happen. Should’ve been finished an hour earlier with some sunlight left. Although the greens were some of the best I have played on in the area and the grass in the fairways is starting to grow in.
